The hotel is beautiful. The foyer is very majestic and showcases traditional crafts. The rooms are very spacious with large comfy twin mattresses(if requested), large clean luxurious bathroom and the balcony has a spa bath which is great after walking all day. Overall the staff do their utmost to understand and make things happen for you. Our only gripes was the room housekeeping was lacking a little bit, but overall the cleaning was okay and the pillows are way too soft even the requested firmer ones.

Had a fantastic stay here my family of 10. The reception,
rooms, pool and dining areas were clean. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms very spacious.The staff were amazing, absoluetly nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was abundant and fresh and the coffees, cappuccinos/lattes comparable to the best in Australia. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely not hesitate staying there again on my next trip to Bali. Well done to all the hard working staff at the Trans Resort. You made our stay such a pleasure.

My wife and i have just returned from a 5 day stay at The Trans Resort Bali
There are not adequate superlatives to describe the service, the staff or the resort itself. The staff are by far the friendliest we have ever met. The General Manager took the time to mingle with the Guests and get to know them. The food was beautiful and great value. The resort itself was relaxing with excellent amenities. We would not hesitate to recommend this Beautiful resort.

An excellent place to relax and value for money. We stayed in the Premiere Room which was more than enough for us two. The balcony day bed and spa with a pool view is superb and service since our arrival on Thursday to our departure Tuesday has been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend and will return again in the near future :)

It was a very comfortable stay. The hospitality is excellent, all staffs were very well-mannered and helpful. Had a very great encounter with one of the gym staff, Adi. He took his time out to explain and show to us how to use the machines in the gym room. He shared with us the tips and the correct ways to work out, very helpful guy. Overall, the place is chefs kiss and I 11/10 would recommend :))

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Spacious lobby, can smoke here. Big pool which divided 2 areas, 1 area for children pool with sand and 1 area for adults. Good food. Twice a day house keeping clean our room. Haven’t tried the gym yet.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing service with everyone super friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Loved the room over looking the pool with your own day bed and whirlpool bath on the balcony. The pool - one section shallow with sand and a little beach was lovely. Highly recommend.
