Great compact mall. The basement carpark seems a little run down, but there are also car parking lots along the entrance of the mall.

Good places for one stop shopping mall near Seminyak Area. Ace Hardware, Food Store, Breadtalk, Jco and many more. Only have small parking and basement but It's ok.

It was a wonderful and one only mall in Sunset Road to deal with and take care of your own laundries. Even though if the drying part can get very long and boring to be honest.

Jco staff could no communicate my wife imdoemsian and could not understand customer service poor went to primo supermarket and staff again so inhelpful only gelpful person was man in meat section i show lady all bananas had burst and where no good she said if u dont like do bye them someown else will and ace hardware just finished me of nicely the AC broken the escalator from ground to first floor broken then from first to second broken I tried nicely tell manager and he walked off oh and embarrassing for him his zip was open and he had urine all over his pants I assume urine not something else bad day ace hardware and jco usually good service but it is not first time I had bad service at ace sunset Point

A small mall at the end of Sunset Road. There are J.CO, Breadtalk, Chatime, Ace hardware and i guess few other shops as well. Parking is cheap, only 2.000 for car but the space is very narrow though haha
There's also a coin laundry too. Place that I commonly visit if i craving for doughnuts ✌????

This place is struggling and in need of a renovation. ACE Hardware is convenient but the rest of it is just a pretty unattractive experience.
