The hotel has two nice pools. The hotel restaurant is appealing with good food.
The breakfast could have much more choice of western food. There was only toast with strawberry jam.
In our four-bed room there were no hooks to hang up towels or bathing things, but that is the only criticism I would have. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

Waited 1,5 hour for the check in because the room was not ready. Not fun at all.
There are two pool in this hotel. One pool was very dirty and full with algae, the other one was full with leaves and small animal.
This supposed to be a nice hotel, just need more attention.
The staff are helpful.
Hopefully our next stay would be better.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice cold air con and great value. We loved swimming in both pools. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ???? for having us. And we wish you a very busy time to come. ????

Great Value stay in the heart of Legian! Walk to Kuta or Seminyak without ever leaving the waters edge. The pool may not look the clearest, but is fine and nice swim. Considering we paid about $35 Aus dollars a night for such a great location we were very happy with service and room. Shampoo and conditioner smelled so great loaded with jasmine I think. Restaurant attached and beach boys in front are great as well. Feels like the real Bali experience. Security guard stops traffic for his guests often so had to tip him when leaving, always smiling. Will stay again for sure.

A great little hotel, close to beach and shopping but once you enter it is very quiet. All the staff were so polite and happy, all tried very hard to please us and they succeeded. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

When we arrived upgraded us to a stunning villa was huge and gorgeous. Staff were lovely. Location very central right across from beach and two mins walk to shopping centre and lots of restaurants and bars.

if you want a place in the heart of Kuta, this is the right place.
Just across the famous Kuta Beach But, eventhough its location is in the middle of the crowd street, inside you'll only see the green and the pool, with serene and calming ambience.
We stay at family room, so its very spacious.
And , even Alam Kulkul is an old hotel, but its well maintained and clean.
