Beautiful tropical resort, ocean front with great infinity pool and gardens. The staff are amazingly friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed with everything except a stocked mini bar which was fine for us. Air conditioning was well balanced and kept us cool 24/7. Room lighting is well thought out and worked brilliantly. Bed comfort was excellent as well as pillows. The wall mounted big screen TV stopped working on day 6 and was replaced within an hour of being reported to reception. Service is of the highest standard with staff and security so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again as we felt at home.

Free room upgrade and lovely experience. The resort is just amazing and deserves every $ spent. The staff is extremely nice and well trained, they know how to deliver a 5 star service. "Lina" in the front desk was extremely professional and she made the entire stay lovely. For sure will visit again for a longer stay in this lovely beach front resort.

So the positives- location, rooms and the service are brilliant. The team at the hotel are professional and super friendly. Room was lovely and the location on the beach and in the heart of Seminyak without all the noise is fantastic.
And now the negatives - the lunch u0026 dinner options were great however the breakfast included was one of the worst in all the hotels I have ever stayed in. Their cocktails were also dreadful - blue food colouring in one of them! The hotel I think is also trying to market itself as a ' ZEN Bali senses experience' especially if you watch the promo video but it is far from it. The thing is these things are easy to change - update your cocktail list to a classic menu, revamp your breakfast to a more current palate and think about your brand/image is now not when the hotel first opened - Remember this is a premium 5 star hotel with the associated price tag ! You need to have the food u0026 beverage at the same level.

The room was quite good it's clean, tidy and seems comfortable. The building is so luxury and quite it fits me well. The view is just so good especially when it comes to sunset word not enough to describe it. Getting cozy at the gazebo to chilling was so happy. The dinner menu is just amazingly delicious, but for the breakfast yeah just standardly delicious. When you stayed in here you must try the spa service in here! Very recommended and the price is still affordable.

We had such a great time here. The ocean view pool villas are truly incredible. The main infinity pool is also great - nice view of the ocean, plenty of chairs, good drinks. Breakfast was also very good. Good location too - walkable to most of the top restaurants, day clubs, etc. in Seminyak.

Our holiday was spectacular! I surprised my significant other with a birthday trip to Bali and our villa here was everything that I hoped for and more! From the hospitality to the breakfast every morning, to the floating birthday breakfast, to the BBQ night, we were impressed! Whenever we needed anything, our host was, Johnny on the spot. The grounds are breathtaking and the location is perfect. We will return!

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, right on the beach and the pool is large with beautiful ocean views. Great pool service with staff by the pool all day long. Breakfast is typical Bali buffet breakfast, eggs, fruit, juice, hot food, bakery etc.

Rooms are reasonably large, with comfy beds. The balconies don’t have anywhere to hang wet swimwear after a day at the pool/beach. Most hotels in Bali provide this, so we struggled to find somewhere to dry swimmers every evening. Overall great room and housekeeping do a great job everyday.

Only big feedback is that the pool deck is really old and is in need of fixing asap. You can see planks of wood sticking up and when people step on the planks of wood it lifts on the other end. Someone staying here at the same time as us said they tripped on the deck when their shoe got caught under a plank of wood.
