Very friendly and welcoming owners. Comfortable enough, they offer cleaning every day. Helped carry and unload luggage. Meet and greet with best wishes. Birds are singing in the yard.. sometimes a dog can crow again and a rooster. Very close to the ocean and all the necessary infrastructure nearby. Air conditioning, cooking and breakfast included in the price. There are surfboards for rent. Enjoy Bali. Thanks

We stopped by for a single night on our way to the Nusa islands. The home is cute and cozy and the amenities are so thoughtful, little things have been paid attention to. Like the bins, candles, hangers, mini-fridge, the only place during our itinerary where there was a conditioner in the bathroom too, along with the usual shampoo and body wash.

She was mindful of our plan and confirmed our breakfast order the previous night itself. Breakfast of coffee, pancakes and fresh fruit was served in the verandah seating area. Thank you Nadialit!

Nice little homestay in Seminyak. Very friendly owner :)
It has a perfect location you can reach the beach in 5min, shopping is right around the corner and nightlife of Seminyak too. The price is also very fair.

Loved my 5 nights here, my room was super cleaned, staff was super friendly, feels like home, location was very close to the beaches and restaurants, would love to come back!

Only downside is the rooster nearby

Went here Aug 2017.

We went to seminyak with the purpose to chill out after coming back from lembongan. We were shocked to see the room becaus it doesn't look like in the photo they posted in traveloka.
Like geeeeeeezzzzzz I was so disappointed and will never come back to this place again. With the price of 350k/night, for sure you can get a better room in seminyak by increasing money a lil higher than it.
Dang! So disappointed.
