Great hotel, but there's room for improvement. During my stay, for some reason there was no hot water at all, so after I spent hours swimming in the swimming pool, I had to take a cold shower. I feel like the room lights were too dim, hopefully they will replace them soon. Also, the hallway ceiling is too low, so it gives a "cramped" vibe. Other than that, I love the building architecture, the room design, and their beach.

excellent hotel, caring people, breakfast was the best. The spa girls are also very attentive. The receptionists very careful when indicating taxis and other things. we love everything. The location is not the best. But if you like quiet places, this is the place.

Travellers beware! We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. Mouse in our room. Hotel was unclean. Dinner at the restaurant I was served uncooked chicken. I wanted to cancel my booking after 1 night and was refused any refund from the absent 'executive management' team. Awful, awful experience. I would strongly recommend you find a different hotel.

Okay Hotel. But not worth of money. 5 star hotel should have good facility which is should be better than regular hotel. The breakfast variety is standard. Doesnt have a lot kind of food like resort should have. And my brother has been charged for extra fee because he bring his son and daughter to eat.
The room is quite good. But the free mineral water they give is not convincing. Because the bottle seems not clean enough. We just afraid the water is not clean too. The facility is okay. There is a 1.3m pool which is quite good. But the gyms is closed and seems the door is broken. What i dont like most about this hotel is the location. Its too far from the city. But fortunately there is some mini mart near the hotels

Loved our time here! Our pool access room was fantastic. It is still recovering from the pandemic shut-down and the staff are working hard to get it back to its pre covid state. The resorts main assets are their staff! So friendly and helpful (especially Koming and Ayu). For us it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Would not hesitate to come back.

5 star hotel indeed.
Welcomed by the security.
Parking space are not that big but luckily its still not fully crowded like Bali without covid.

Goes to the room, i dont know the exact type of the room because it was ordered by my boss. ( so i dont know the price too )
In the room there are 2 bedroom.
Very very spacy and wide.
The room design are just modern.

Got some facilities like water boiler, induction stove and even microwave.
Also refrigerator , but somehow the temperature arent that cold for a refrigerator.
Room are on the 7th floor which is the highest and have terrace too.
The beds are nice, pillows are comfy.
The living room got a nice BOSE sound system, felt like theatre. ????????

The size of the whole hotel are huge.
Big swimming pool and a lot of gazebos around the pool.

All are fantastic except that this hotel located on top right of the map at Nusa Dua.
So if you wants to travel to Kuta, Jimbaran or further more to Ubud. Make sure you can withstand long driving especially if the road are packed and jammed.

If you wants to have a luxurious stay consider this hotel. ????????????

The only thing good about this place is the room and the staff in the restaurant during breakfast. Security is not helpful when i asked if they can bring milk for my kids to the kids club as i was leaving for business purpose, very rude. i had to ask for cutleries 3 times to housekeeping within half an hour before it actually came. If we didnt have a business to do close to this hotel, we wouldnt stay. Even the headboard is filthy.
