Great staff working here. The name changed today, so my review may be off point as of now. However I must say the staff goes above and beyond here. The resort has undergone renovations and they are still working on them. The changes that have happened in the 4 days we've been here have been extensive. New paint, new poolside beds, new decor, new front desk. It's been nice to see the evolvement. We have booked for a week and would come back for sure. The spa is very well priced and has a big menu list. We are not all inclusive, so I can't speak to that menu. However, the breakfasts and room service have been top notch.

It is an older hotel and in its day would have been very grand. Its grounds were like something out of tomb raider or temple of doom. The pool is lovely and the spa facilities were very clean and tidy. If you like older hotels to modern clean line and minimal then this would be a good choise.
The staff were very friendly and helpful polite at all times towards guests
There is a beach across the road with plenty of water sports

Guests were very impressed by the service given by staff members here. They reported the employees were always willing to go out of their way to make things right and seemed to do everything very professionally and cheerfully.

Guests gave favourable feedback about the breakfasts here. Specifically, they said the selection of items was extensive, and that staff members worked hard to make sure foods were replenished as needed. When getting your first meals of the day here, you can expect to feel satisfied for a while afterwards.

Ideal for enjoying water sports or just stretching out on the sand, this hotel caters to beach lovers. Guests often stayed here precisely because of that perk, and were not disappointed by the beach access.

Guests complained the rooms here are in need of extra attention. They said everything looks outdated, and some items in the room were broken or otherwise in need of replacement. However, they did clarify that the hotel has recently changed ownership, and that some renovations appear to be ongoing.

Numerous reviews discussed how there are many critters around the hotel, such as rats and lizards, and that sometimes these animals got into the rooms. Furthermore, during certain times of the year, the property seems to struggle with a persistent mosquito problem.

Occasionally, guests mentioned the pool suffers from a lack of upkeep. They cited things like broken tiles and general uncleanliness of the water, and sometimes, these faults made it so guests did not feel comfortable going swimming in the pool, or letting their kids do it.

Great Place in Bali to reside. Awesome infrastructure and hospitality. My room's AC was not working and they immediately gave me an upgrade. Awesome buffet breakfast and the surrounding was just awesome. highly recommended resort for couples.

A lovely resort but seems a little run down. It's obviously been around for a while with lovely gardens which have grown over time but some of the rooms definitely need a lick of paint and the ventilation system for some of the rooms smells damp. They were renovating some of the rooms which we were there so there is work being done but with being aware before you book. The grounds are massive au be prepared to walk to your room. There are two pools - one within the grounds and one across the road next to their Thai restaurant Tao and just set back from the beach.

Firstly let me tell you the images on their website is very deceiving! The hotel is on a super busy high road. You have a deep pool inside the hotel grounds, but in order to get to the beach you have to cross the high road, go through their restaurant to a second pool area. This is where the beach is, now let me tell you forget swimming here, you can't walk here from all the litter, stray dogs, rubbish (plastic) and water sports. The only thing that is nice about this hotel is the staff. They were so nice and very friendly it made the stay bearable. The lady that cooks the eggs u0026 pancakes, Komi she was a star!

The hotel has stunning gardens which is maintained daily. But the walls, floors have cracks, lots of water gutters around the pool which make it unattractive. The pools itself is very old, you can see tiles missing everywhere. wobbly hand rails. In fact when we were there, there was maintenance whilst people were swimming! We upgraded to the so called cottage, you have people above you so shared entrance, no privacy. The walls are old, smells of damp, everything falling apart, squeaky beds, cheap mattresses, flat pillows, stained sheets, old towels. Curtains stained, no blackout, curtain holders broken. No hairdryer (missing from the wall)The front door has a huge gap you might as well don't bother locking up. Beach towels have expired it's use by date.... the list can go on and on. You get two 600ml bottles of water a day that's it. Our baby cot was a travel cot with holes in it and it was broken on all four sides, so it wouldn't stay up and without a proper mattress in it.

The small park area is so not suitable for toddlers at all, there's no swings and the slides are super high with only a climbing frame. The hotel in general has no fence around the swimming pool or ponds, which again was not toddler friendly. There was nothing special or luxurious about this place. The area offers a few restaurants and unfortunately they charge ridiculous prices for food!! Plus it's on the busy road so eating seems to be a noisy situation. Having said all this, it's cheap, you get what you pay for. I ignored the reviews before booking this hotel because I was thinking you will get good and bad reviews no matter where it is. MISTAKE!!! Seriously a complete disappointment.

We made the booking in August 2019. After seeing that they where renovating, we then called the Hotel to see the impact on the room which we booked. The Hotel informed us on the phone and in writing that the Family Suite we booked was recently renovated and that it would be completed by the time we arrive in late September 2019. When we arrived the reception was being renovated which we knew about, but when we entered our room it was a shock. The room was old and by old I mean the tap in the kitchen was leaking and the sink was blocked. There was dirt all over the floor and the air conditioner was leaking. The most disappointing thing was that the room was not recently renovated. We then went to reception and they apologized and that there was a "communication" issue. This was to the contrary that we had it in writing from their booking office. After waiting for 2 hours in the reception, they decided to move us to two rooms with a joining door. No mention of compensation or reduction of rates even though the two joining rooms are significantly cheaper that what we had paid. Upon checkout they said they would transfer our deposit around $180AUD back into the credit card which I would receive within 1-2 weeks. After 8 weeks I have yet to see the refund. Very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone. There are many Hotels in Bali, so look around and completely bypass this one. They are not honest .
