Positive
Separate shower, pool, friendly service, excellent satellite TV reception.
Negative
Did not get a double bed, toilet drain very smelly, bed head kept making noises when moving, can be very loud with other people and smoke from cigarettes from outside goes under the door and stinks the room.
There is a kettle but no tea or coffee supplied.
Pillows too big cannot sleep with it.
The bed wasn't cleaned had to ask to be cleaned and was done fast.

I have stayed at the Pavilion a few times now , Great place , Clean , Hot water , Pool always sparkling clean!! Staff are Wonderful, At Reception Ayu is wonderful,and Angus , nothing is ever too much trouble Fantastic place !! highly recommend ????

I was not quite satisfied with the room and some of facilities but their service was good. Compare to the other hotel with the same price, I prefer rent for another.

I actually went here in 2012 or 2013. So i think my review is not relevant. But this place is memorable. Sparkly clean, warm and cheap. I just happened to remember this hotel after searching all around via google maps. Too bad i forget the name when i was there last month and couldnt find it. I just want to say, hey hang in there!! I hope u survive this pandemic so u will be there when i come again to bali. I will leave my comment here so next time i open my google i can easily find ur hotel. Have a nice day.

Friendly staff. Good location, near restaurants and souvenir shops. Downside, parking. The parking lot is quite far from the hotel. If you need to get something from your car, someone will take you to the parking lot.

I had a wonderful experience here! The beds were comfortable, the AC was cool, the pool was refreshing, and the location was perfect! But what made it really stand out was the staff. After staying in some shady hotels, the staff here were like a breath of fresh air. They were extremely accommodating to all my needs (extra pillows, water, restaurant suggestions), but most importantly, they insisted to call me a metered cab when I told them I was leaving alone at night to meet up with friends. The Staff truly cares and i highly recommend this place to anyone staying in kuta!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our plane was delayed but they have someone on site 24hours so we had a very late check in, close to airport. Down a little alley so no traffic noise. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was good. Hot water showers. Clean rooms. We asked to stay an extra night and they moved us to a deluxe room with a queen bed and private balcony overlooking the pool.
