Checked in late at 10PM for an early flight. I got a room on the 1st floor where I could still smell the smoke from the lobby. The room was small and there was no direct sunlight in the morning. Sheets were stained and looked dirty. However it was pretty neat. I got a towel and a bath mat. The AC worked fine, there's TV with local channels, and two bottles of mineral water. The toilet was also nice and clean. At first I thought the hot water didn't work, turned out I only had to wait longer. Good place for a good night sleep.

Great place for the money.
Only cost $9 a night for own room with air-conditioning, TV, Queen size bed. Very close to everything around Kuta and a short cab ride to legion or Seminyak. Friendly staff and a must stay for the budget traveller. There is a nice little Warung across the road and a very cheap bottle shop close by.

Got this room just for one night as I arrived late in the night. Small room, queen size bed, decent bathroom. Just TV without satellite/cable, all local channel. Wifi good. This place should be very old. Bring your own toiletries if you wanna stay there. Location very good, few mins walk to legian street and the beach.

in case you are looking for a cheap stay, it would be acceptable.
it will not be your best stay
rooms and facilities are a little bit old
no hot water
no lift for upper floors
room service only upon request

Some of stuff don't care about anything. Was a problem to get towels and ask them to clean the room. Towels smell, wet and with holes. No coffee maker,no soap... electric always die.

Clean and the prices is very good for a cheap hotels. The only minor is that my room at the front so when other guest come to lobby, their chatter will be heard from my room.

Good location, always bring your own electrical extension chord, otherwise you have to buy it from local shop with very high price. Service is not so good.
