We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The hotel in general was good but in our room there was a lot of noise due the air conditioner machine of one of the rooms next to us. The breakfast was super good, the best option for us was the omelette. We had just one issue and is that the last day (we did two bookings) that we booked the night separately we had no breakfast included and the service just advised us once we have ordered it and the price was 120K rp per person what it's really expensive as you can eat a similar breakfast in any of the restaurants nearby for 60-80k rp.

Room I was given on my 1st night had no working wifi, front door could close properly, no TV reception and water pressure was a dribble at best. Front desk staff was nice to change room for me... to one that at least had wifi. TV reception and elevator were not function for my entire 3 nights stay. Only thing going for this is its location and staff. Owners need fix place up

Excellent hotel, great location and wonderful staff.

The spa upstairs is fantastic, the staff are amazing and it's super relaxing. Best spa I've been to in Bali.

The food at the hotel is delicious.

Super friendly and helpful staff. But the first room we got on the 2nd floor was very moist and smelt from moist. The second room was overall okay, but just like in the first room the rain-shower/shower-head-system was broken and I gave up trying to get it fixed/replaced after the third attempt. When taking a closer look at the other installations (e. g. breaking down wooden balcony/disfunctional elevator) it seems that the hotel is lacking financial means. Also the amount of breakfast provided is not sufficient.

Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, spas and F45 on the main strip just outside the hotel. The room however was run down, door did not close properly, bathroom and bedroom was dirty. Floors had not been swept, with many ants. There was no hot water in the shower- which was never brought to our attention upon booking. You would have to jig the tap a certain way and change the dial of the shower to turn it off successfully. It was like solving Da Vinci’s code every time you try to turn it off. Highlight of the stay was the welcoming drink- Apple and basil juice. Never had that combo before. Was delicious!!
No hate on the hotel, just something to be aware of. Otherwise would be an ok stay if you just need a bed for the night.

Dirty room, dirty toilet, bad design-always hit my legs of bed’s corners in the tiny room. Very moist air and you can’t choose a room on higher floor, because upper floors are closed. The elevator doesn’t work too. Swimming pool is dirty. I am disappointed so much.
Also there was blood spots on bed linen????
Noisy place.
Lots of insects in the room and the AC doesn’t work at all.
Though the stuff is nice.

This beautiful little hotel is an outstanding value in busy Canggu. The staff is lovely and accommodating. Rooms are first rate. Surroundings are QUIET at night, which is unusual for 'downtown' Canggu, the party-central of Bali. A very safe spot I will stay here again... it feels like home now.
