Friendly staff, clean, big rooms, close to Kuta but not to close. Nice pool and good breakfast. Really great price/ quality. Especially the staff is really helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

A family hotel room!

It’s affordable and so clean. Close to Kuta beach, and it’s not in an area completely surrounded in traffic. Recommended if you have a big family and want to have good and affordable hotel.

Good hotel from a price point of view. Hardly 15 minutes from the airport with ATM, SIM shops on the way so make sure not to use the atm/buy sim card from the airport.

Nice pool, clean rooms good staff.

Just don't embarrass your guests by making them wait at checkout while you check the room. Have never seen a hotel do this, they just proceed with checkout alongwith checking the rooms in background.

Great location as it is very close to the airport and Mal Bali Galeria. We stayed for a day just before our return from Bali. We enjoyed the hospitality and the buffet spread.

Very clean and comfortable and worth every penny spent. It's cheap too u003cS$30/night. Service is very good too. Wide spread of buffet breakfast at u003cS$8.50.

We received a clean room that had complete amenities and clean towels. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Spacious room for the affordable price we paid. The hotel gave a tremendous discount price for the stay as compensation because many of the facilities were closed - one of them includes the restaurant that serves breakfast.

The restaurant was closed, and we didn't know this information until we arrived, so we didn't get the breakfast mentioned to be included with the paid booking. The hotel shouldn't be in the category with Breakfast Included if their restaurant is closed.

The Wifi was extremely slow and it wasn't easy to reach a phone signal.

The hot water didn't work correctly at all.

They don't seem to be taking strict Covid-19 protocols even though there is a PeduliLindungi check-in. They only provided hand sanitisers that were not enforced, and they didn't bother checking our temperatures either.

The hotel seemed to be short on staff which is unfortunate and felt very empty. Like a graveyard.
