Absolute horrible experience, and scammed.
I booked a fast track with them, but never got any email confirmation. I tried reaching out multiple times about it, but no response. I then receive an email saying my reservation was cancelled. Okay… so I go through DPS airport the normal way, and find out that they didn’t actually cancel anything, and it was a “mistake” cancellation email. I reach out about a refund, my messages go completely ignored. Good luck trying to get any support; their WhatsApp number doesn’t even exist. So, I paid for their service, got no confirmation or instruction of the service, was told the service was cancelled, proceeded through the airport without them because it was “cancelled”, and then refused a refund because the service was actually not cancelled. This is a scam. I had to call my bank to get the charges reversed, and you need to do the same if you are in a similar position. Absolutely unacceptable practices for running a business.
Edit: The business owner reached out about 2 weeks after the review was posted, apologized and refunded the transaction, so I amended added a star to the review. The amount of time it took and the lack of communication should be improved for future customers
