I'm very happy with the location of the hotel which is in the center of the Legian. Even though The Aromas of Bali Hotel u0026 Residence is located on a small street, it is still possible for cars to be parked in the hotel yard. What is still a note for improvement is that hotel room lights are too dim so that it makes the eyes uncomfortable.

This is not even a hotel as they have closed half part of the hotel rooms building front side. They just use back side of the building for the parking and very hard to find the location, not having internet connection and swimming pool was closed due to covid-19. Rooms are smelly and building needs renovation before they rent to the guests as they do not have lift, restaurant not available, bad access for going out bare food as they road is dark during the night because they do not have street light surrounded.

bathroom is very dirty and smelly. the bathroom floor is very slippery (like when you leave it in water for a long time). room has bad air circulation and smells of dust, and is very dusty. we wanted to move hotel but it was unrefundable (we booked 4 nights), so we upgraded our room(+150k/night). but our “upgraded” room’s floor is very oily and has traces of its last resident. we called the housekeeper but they’re not available, so we had to clean the room ourselves. hot water doesn’t work and the aqua gallon is empty. i do not recommend this hotel, not worth your money. would never ever stay here again. if i could give a 0/10 i would.

The room is big, the owner and the staff are nice, the food tastes good as what should you expect for a breakfast menu at a small hotel, the facilities inside the room is good, and the pool is also big and long. Somehow the rating of this hotel is quite confusing because Google post it as a two star, yet there are certificate from the ministry of tourism stating that this hotel is a three star in 2011. Personally i would say it's like a 2.5 star hotel. Clearly this hotel has a 3 star facilities but maybe it lost its star (and my star rating in Google too) due to its cleanness. Despite they have facilities inside, some of them feels old and not that clean (i can see water spots in the sink and hot water maker, the lift feels old, the pool has some algae that needs to fixed in days, and i even saw small cockroaches in the room). If they take time to fix this issues, and modernize some things inside i think they can get their stars back. Despite all those things, I think I will consider this place if I'm going to have another vacation in Bali.

I loved bali and recommend doing a volcano trek and white water rafting we tipped the drivers/guides. The hotel room is big and it is apartment like. To be honest there should be time restrictions on a pool which is so close to the rooms. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice staff and great sercurity.

I booked an apartment room which has one double bed and one single bed for my family. We stayed for five days and four nights, and I can say that our stay was convenient enough. The room was pretty large for five person and clean though the bedsheet wasn't sparkling white. The room also contained kitchen and refrigerator. Seems like the apartment room is quite new compared to the regular room in the other building.

I love the large and clean swimming pool at the ground floor. But unfortunately the breakfast was not a top-notch. I even found bread contained with a small area of mold on my 3rd day of staying in this hotel, which was pretty disappointed.

Overall I enjoy my stay, but for a family trip, I guess next time I'll just book a bnb instead.
