Old hotel built in 2008.
Spacious room.
Not really clean. I have a bug on my bed.
There's a lot of cigarettes all over the hotel.
They don't make up your room every day.
If you have problems with cleanliness, really avoid this hotel!

I stayed over night in this hotel. I had very bad experience. Paid $25 and got nothing. When we arrived, linens are dirty like blood in it. They came and changed it after we complained. But they also didn’t even replace any shampoo, body soap. They don’t even have slippers. Room also very bad smell. I don’t expect much because it’s cheap hotel but at least they should prepare what they need to do. Also receptionist don’t know how to talk to customers. There attitude was like no need to be good enough because of cheap hotel. Had very bad experience ever. Never back again.

Dirty towels and pillows, had to go through two other rooms before finding one that wasn’t dirty or didn’t smell like a rotting menthol plant. No toilet paper and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Otherwise it was cheap enough and relatively close to the beach!

I got room in the corner of building. My phone was no service at all since there's no signal. And I can not reach wifi connection, the signal so poor as well. I can turn on the AC but the remote can't turn it off. Telephone in my room was not connected, so i cannot call receptionist. And they have untasty breakfast. I moved to another hotel right away after 1 night here.

The location is good but i still not recommend this hotel. The place is dirty and there is problem with the ac. I woke up in the morning and step on puddle (from ac) beside my bed. It needs to be repair.

One of best budget hotel. Yes there is few problem in AC. Cooling. HOT Water and infrastructure but in Kuta Lagian city rush it's so good. You can walk outside and enjoy the streets. Staff is good

It is a dark, dingey, musty hoke to sleep at. Rooms need paint, deep cleaning, and new towels/linens. There is a better Harmony Hotel and I imagine most people end up at this one by mistake. Staff was not helpful when I needed to make change to pay my taxi, rooms seem unsecure as they are in dark hallways with no secured entry.
