Sorry Sara clinic and Dr. Surya SHAME on you. After 5 months trying to schedule apt this is what you do , double the price and change the day. Top it off ignore your patients.

Okay found my way in Bali to his office sat around waited, while I was waiting a young lady walked in, clearly unhappy, almost crying. She had nose job and face lift done, nurse walks up touch her nose walks away, the Dr. Surya coming from somewhere no hello , no smile twist the nose and walks away. Great bed side manner.

There is an older European lady there to, with seven of her friends, same story.

Now I am waiting, love Dr. Surya receptionist she is kind and loving. By the way they write appointments by hand on a calendar.

Now 2hrs later is my turn, Dr. Surya says he knows nothing about my case, gee I have 7 emails Dr. Said this Dr. Said that, Dr. Surya says he never read emails (lie?) He doubles my fee and wants me to come back in 3 days. No courtesy professional or civil.

When I email and ask for reconsideration no response.

All I tell you Dr. Surya you be mean and nasty to anybody but to yourself for lack empathy and compassion you are doing it wrong.

Any body from USA or Europe I have a name and place of another caring well experienced Dr, that will treat you with love, compassion , and will do it at a very reasonable cost.

You want a doctor that does not read emails , changes his fees, and does not care afterwards Dr. Surya is your man.

I pray Dr. Surya changes his ways, and comes in from the dark side.

Dr Surya is a Fabulous plastic surgeon. He is a master at his craft with expertise in the field of beauty treatment and enhancement. He started his career as a doctor in 1993, studied abroad in Europe and Asia. In Germany he studied European face types to be able to conduct his miracle surgery on Western patients. I highly recommend him.

His bead side manner is also amazing, I felt safe and trust him explicitly.

Failed nose surgery
In January 2016 I had a nose surgery at Sara Klinik with Mr. Surya. I can’t call him a Doctor anymore because I’m not sure if he is a certificated doctor anymore. I couldn’t see any certificate on the wall at his clinic .Sometimes people are proud and they hang it on their wall. I couldn’t see any of that. Mr. Surya made promotion that he was 11 years in Germany and worked there. The weird thing is he can’t speak a word of German and his working process doesn’t match the German standards at all.. I’m German so I know the standards. The Bath was dirty and very old (he didn’t spend much Money on the facilities).
Since 20 years I’m suffering from breathing problems through my nose so I decided to have a correction in the Sara Klinik. It was a very stupid decision. Mr. Surya said I will do that for 1500€, it's not an open surgery but just a small cut inside and that it will improve my breathing. He Said normale it's double Price of 3000€, but because I’m German it's ok to only pay 1500€. After the surgery which also included to remove a minor bump on the nose ridge my breathing is still bad so he cut out my nose shell but nothing has changed I still have difficulties breathing. I had a second procedure to correct it but still no change.He put an Implant in my nose which is moving to the left side and made a bump in front of my nose. I explained to Sara Klinik After I had a checkup with my German doktor back in Germany that after a surgery like that, the breathing won’t improve. Mr. Surya did not do anything at the nose septum, it's still wrong. He Said, we can do it again and I Said no thank you. Would you go to somebody who failed two times? I Said, I want my money for the nose surgery back, because I have to do it again. He said, he can not refund it. But why wouldn’t he if it failed? He only offered to do a third surgery. And he wrote to me he thought the breathing would be better after he cut out the nose shell...he thought. What about his knowledge? Where did he study? Where did he get the title Dr. from? His excuse that he can not refund was, that the surgery normally costs 3000$ and I only payed 1500€. That means mr. Surya just Do good work for Double Money? Or it Means, i can Be happy i lost only 1500€ Instead of 3000€? Even When he only got 1€ he has to do his job well. Maybe he doesn’t know much about nose surgery, or he is just looking for making money. I still want the money back that I paid for nothing. Please don’t use Sara Klinik if you want professional and good work on your body. Check up first with a higher standard clinic. I trusted the promotion of the Sara Klinik. That's was a Mistake. Please think twice befor you use them.
