Plus, it's in a great location with a supermarket, coffee/juice shops, eateries and more with underground parking, all in the same building!

escalators don’t work, very quiet store, staff seemed unbothered. I guess just look for what you need, pay and go ????

Please the staff there is not friendly, and when I ask him to help me search for something, he said it's a product it's not available but, what do I see? I found what product I want but he always says Idk, Not available blablabla. Please be a good service.

I shopped here a few times since it’s the closest spot to our place. The stock and options are limited. The escalators never worked (not sure why they have installed them). Most staff barely speaks english even though the store is in tourist central. They have like 8 different card terminal but the staff doesn’t know how to operate them. I always paid with apple pay, but today the rudest staff member basically told me that I can’t pay with apple pay/contactless payment. He told me that’s not an option even though I did pay here with it before. It is very common that they say that they don’t have something or something doesn’t work when they don’t know how or don’t understand the question/issue! They rather turn away a paying customer… for me that is unacceptable!

Worst Ace Hardware in Bali.
The escalators dont work. They stop them to save electricity maybe who know? Wht would you not fix if broken. They switch off the a/c too to save money seems, so its very hot and horrible and stuffy inside.
The staff are not knowledgeable about any products.
The staff are not attentive to customers. Just busy chatting to themselves.
on door entrance Sign says must wear masks, all lokals wear masks but why they allow white westerners to come in with no masks? or wearing mask under chin as if no masks? so whats point in telling people wash hands and wear masks?
The discounts are not great and the promo stuff is broken or scratched and still not cheap.
I ended up buying electrical items from online shops in Jakarta and send to Bali was still cheaper.
At least make elevators available for the customers and make sure you have good A/C because it gets very hot inside. Awful experience.
