Sadly it’s not been a great start, we have arrived after a whole day of travel to find they didn’t have a booking for us. We were asked to give a deposit for this evenings stay while they sorted things out. We politely refused as I gave them a print out showing we had paid for our stay. The manager was called EVENTUALLY, nothing was resolved. I then had to call my travel company to have them contact the hotel. It has taken hours for them to sort this. Stressed is understating how we are feeling and not once have we had an apology. Very disappointed.
