Cheap and unmaintained hospital. There is only one lift for clients and staff, and the men's toilet is completely broken and under repair (seems like long times ago). From the floor 3 i should go to ground floor. Crowed everywhere even in the lift (over capacity people) during pendemic some clients don't wear mask inside the hospital, most of people don't respect social distance. I got the wrong sit and almost fall because the chairs was totally broken.

A FULL WASTE OF TIME. One of the worst waiting experience. 2 hours waiting even though I have made appointment. I was the only patient waiting in the aisle. Nobody told me that it will be that long. Nobody on the desk to be asked too.

Doctor didn't even apologize for that. I will never go back here. Bye. Thank you for wasting my time.

I recommend Siloam Hospitals Denpasar Bali based on my experience. I did not know I had 5 bleeding ulcers and found out the hard way when I went on holidays in Bali where I experienced total system evacuation and collapse. Without their quality medical facility and staff, I would be dead and it’s as simple as that. They did NOT let me die, so that’s a really good start. I got the best treatment, a range of top doctors, amazing nursing staff, and very friendly and efficient hospital management. They do not have the same resources as a well-funded western private hospital and so there might not be as much polish or luxury but I wasn’t there for a resort stay, I wanted to live, get better and then get out as quickly as possible. They cleaned the room spotless like 10 times a day, the shower had no water pressure but private bathroom was good, I had a fleet of nurses attending my every need and the doctors looking over me came in twice a day to check up and inform. I really did not eat much but the menu was better than many places I have been, and I could have anything I wanted 24/7. I was on all kinds of drugs and drips and was not in a good way but all the staff made me feel safe and taken care of. The only issue I had was with the junior dentist that pulled a tooth that I cracked. The tooth started the entire problem when I took a pain killer for the tooth that reacted very badly with the bleeding ulcers. When he attempted to pull the tooth, I felt like I had been kicked in the face several times and so I cannot recommend the junior dentist as he failed, and the senior dentist had to finish the job.
In my personal experience, all the staff from doctors to nurses and management at Siloam Hospitals Denpasar, were fantastic and saved my life, so they receive a 5/5

Clean and mostly efficient hospital in the heart of Denpasar. Took my kids to see a doctor around 8pm and got seen quickly. They were very helpful with the insurance claim paperwork. Staff are very professional and polite.
Had to come back 4 days later as they had misdiagnosed my son's condition, and prescribed the wrong medicine. The second doctor we saw was very professional and reassuring. Overall a good experience.
Not sure why they have a portrait of Thomas Cromwell on the wall in reception ????

We just had our second child at Siloam Denpasar u0026 I cannot praise the doctors u0026 nurses enough for their professionalism u0026 exemplary care of us.
Dr Made Surya (who is our obstetrician) is the most caring, kind man you will ever meet u0026 did a fantastic job of bringing both our children into the world. He made us feel like he had all the time for us though we know what a busy man he is. I really can’t praise him enough.
Dr Irene is our pediatrician u0026 is an incredible dr who we feel very lucky to have found. She is so knowledgeable u0026 kind u0026 my daughter looks forward to going to see her.
We felt so safe u0026 supported during our stay in hospital u0026 want to thank everyone for taking such amazing care of us ????

Got an allergic reaction, and had to go Siloam. Was taken well care of through registration and was quickly appointed a doctor and nurse. Got a price estimate before treatment, and medication from pharmacy after. Everything was smooth and well organised, and they healed me well

Medical student here. If you want to understand the infrastructure of the whole country it is well understood here in the hospital. Quality ? About the same as the copy and paste response I’ll get for this review below. The pay for parking at a hospital just is maybe a personal thing about humanity and where we are going or how we value it, it was just tacky. The setup of the hospital doesn’t have a person to speak with to ask, rather a computer with a que. 3 stations, which one do you need? Who knows. There is about 60 people waiting for registration and 2 people working. Do you not have models of hospital success rates with Singapore and Thailand so close by? With the number of patients you have how can you give any proper care ? Even in seeing the doctor it must be swift and quick as there is no time to diagnose, it feels like a triage, a field hospital with walls. Considering the money bali is making, for this to be taking up space is painful for professionals alike. You succeed in a business model because humanity is sick, not because you are trying to move in a fashion to help.
