Service is excellent.
Making an online appointment, which they prefer, is terrible.
I guess they are still understaffed?
Ignore the option to add multiple patients to a single appointment-each person make your own online appointment! Even if you are going together, make your own appointment; it’s less problematic trying to secure your appointment!
Plus when you apply for your appointment in description add all desired treatments, and have them commit to the date and time within a day or two—I had them back and forwards asking question upon question for 6 days and then the day I was asking to be seen I received a message saying I could only come in for an appointment an hour earlier than I was
expecting, and I was about to order lunch, literally in the restaurant when I read the message! I arrived to the clinic on the dot in ten minutes flat by taxi.
Then they only had enough time for 2 of the 4 treatments I was requesting :/.
Excellent work done nonetheless, but they need better organization!
6 days asking me questions and not committing to an appointment, I wanted more treatments but tomorrow I leave :/
