We booked one night but didn‘t stay for the night because the room condition was not acceptable.

There were blood like looking stains on the walls and curtain. The bed sheets were greyish and had stains on it too. The „balcony“ (no table or even chairs) was dirrty and the plants where dried up.

They offered us another room but we didn‘t felt comfortable at all. The advertised room and the actual room are different like day and night.
The restaurant was closed too. Felt like a ghost hotel.

As others mentioned in the reviews, the hotel used to be good.

At least the staff was friendly.

Disappointed ! I book via Airbnb , the person who reply to me so rude and discriminate me by nationality ! They didn't confirm my booking even I pay already without knowing my NATIONALITY ! I keep asking why is so important , and answer only * just because we need * ! Even when I provided guest nationality ( we have 2 different ) they was like * so which one ? * Huh , really ? In the end I found out is travel agent not a hotel like * so which one ? * Huh , really ? In the end I found out is travel agent , not a hotel directly ! This travel agent talk toe so rude , until Icome for check in and complain ! Guess what ?! After they become nice and keep even calling me to avoid negative review . Hotel nice , with nice room and view .

Well taken care hotel, well serving staffs, best location within walking distance (3 minutes) to famous Kuta and Legian Beach.

The room is clean, tidy, and cozy. I enjoy the pool view for my room's balcony. The staffs is very friendly. They're giving excellent service during my stay at the hotel.

Serela have a great location. You just need 5-10 menit walk to Kuta Beach and enjoy the sunset. Close to pharmacy, minimarket, and Kuta Traditional Market.

Overall it's good value for money!

Only had breakfast here. Don't ask for a Bloody Mary in the mornings, and definitely don't ask for tomato juice. Apart from that...ok. Smallish meal portions

I really like service of Serela Legian Hotel! I know that pandemic has made Bali's tourism slump but Serela Legian Hotel can still maintain quality of their hotel and that is commendable. Keep it up Serela Legian Hotel!

Great location to stay in Kuta area, walking distance to the beach, mall, cafe, bar, laundry, restaurants and even market. Friendly staff, nice pool, quite area in the busy Kuta and of course value for money.
