The prices posted online at Agoda and such are fake, the owner tries to shake you down for extra cash when you show up by pretending he "lost" your booking and saying the prices doubled.

Location is good but would not recommend. Much better places also near the beach that have a sense of professionalism and self-respect.

Our stay at the Adus Beach Inn was great. We booked online at the airport, the owners kindly stayed up to check us in. The room was simple, with towels provided, the fan was loud but did the job, the inclusive breakfast was substantial and tasty (we had omelettes and pancakes respectively). The Inn is located very close to the beach (5 min walk) and has convience stores very near (to be fair they're every 20 metres). Quiet area. Staff were approachable. Bathroom is old, but not dirty. Would recommend if on a budget and not looking to party.

Older Balinese property with lovely gardens. Newer rooms available but sadly lacks maintenance. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast enough to get you going for the day.

The whole area is super crowded and touristic, but that's not an argument for trying to make money with the own guests. I think a cheaper scooter rental or airport shuttle service would be appropriate. Stuff could be more friendly.

Very unprofessional presentation. Run down, an air of gloom and depression all-pervasive. Exotic birds languishing in cages. After a search, found a filthy reception cubicle in the middle of what may have been the owners' living quarters exposed unashamedly, toys and domestic chattles strewn into the walkways, laundry everywhere up to dry, hedged in by sides of ugly high rise hotels in raw grey cement. The pool of broken tiles made a mockery of the concept of leisure. Altogether sad and and unloved except for a well- tended garden way in the back. Time for a complete overhaul!

Hotel run by family, friendly and helpul. Located in small street in quiet space from the noisy kuta but still in town. Perfect if you want to be in calm and relax atmosphere while close to the beach and town.

I like so much this hôtel. . Every time i come to Bali i stop in this place.. quiet in the busy kuta Bali close to everything. . The plus of the place: the breakfast close to swimming pool in a beautiful clean garden and kindness of the family .. terima kasih baniak
