HOTEL FROM HELL. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in and I travel the world for a living. Do not go here. I repeat. Do not go here. It’s a total scam for your money. We arrived here and it’s next to a construction site. They said with a smiling face: yes it is from 08:00 to 17;00. The sounds of the construction are loud and clear (hammering and sawing all day) since the pool and rooms are only a few meters away. We wanted to cancel our booking because clearly this is not what a holiday is. They kept sending us from one person to the other without a solution just that we needed to leave and they will keep our money. I’ll post photos from the room but it’s also dirty, moist (there is mold everywhere) and next to another construction site. NEVER GO HERE PLEASE. Service is the worst. Nobody is willing to help. The manager is not available and doesn’t want to talk to us. Supervisor is also not available.

The staff have poor manners! They won't excuse before entering the room. Mind to guests privacy. They just barged into the room. Although it's for maintenance, it's not okay. They use footwear inside the room even after the cleaning and during the cleaning. They touched guests personal stuff. Even open the drawers. It's overpriced for Bali standard. With the same rate or lower, I have experienced better service. The exterior design is pretty but the interior is sore to the eyes. With all 90's and dark design, it's not a pleasant experience. It's different from what Google offered. The food is horrible! It's tasteless, some sobs, the price is not reasonable for that quality.

Pros: outside building and designs are nice, location is walking distance to the beach.

Cons: inside designs are old and used, need a good painting refresh. The towels and bed sheets were really dirty, we found the room also in dirty condition. Not sure it was properly cleaned before we checked in. As mentioned on other comments, cleaner will keep their shoes inside the room while cleaning which is not hygienic. The swimming pool is not cleant. The staff is not really helpful or friendly and lack efficiency. Finally Internet connection is not good, it keeps going out.

Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential to be really nice, but at the moment, the service and maintenance keep it in the mediocrity.

I was booked in for 7 nights but because it was so awful checked out after one night.
Terrible welcome and shown none of facilities- except pointed to where breakfast would be.
The towels, bed linen and room filthy.
No hot water in my room either as boiler broken.
Construction site right beside the hotel.
I never got to use any of the facilities as didn’t stay long enough to find out!
No manager on site - for another 4 days, so very difficult to get resolution to any issues.
Only that I had booked through agent I was able to get refund.

Not worth your bucks.. I believe there are better accommodations in Canggu to stay. Its near the construction site which is noisy and ruins your peace. Service is not the best and room isn't the cleanest. Do not recommend to stay here.

Terrible hotel experience. I booked 2 nights and only stayed 1 night (but was charged extra fees for the second night anyway). The internet is weak, the room smelled like mildew, there's VERY loud construction right next door starting at 7am, and the front desk staff is incompetent. Will not be coming back.

Stayed here for two weeks, service was good and team friendly, clean and tidy
Loved the pool bar , breakfast was included- basic nut good - would stay again
Not far from beach with a good restaurant next door (Flow)
