This is a locally owned small villa complex owned u0026 run by a lovely Indonesian family. It’s modern Bali style, very neat, tidy u0026 clean. Lots of love and pride is poured into this place. The rooms have outdoor open-air bathrooms which is quirky. It’s a small and intimate complex. Very lush with plants and cool even during the rainy season when we visited. Very nice pool to swim in. It’s very close to the beach, a little walk away from the centre of Canguu which made it such an enjoyable stay for us- close to everything but no noise! I surf u0026 this area has the best surfing beaches compared to up and down the coast that we saw during our walks. The breakfast is lovely and they easily cater for us plant-based people u0026 all the food is made onsite by the owners. It’s very fresh and filling. The whole service during was great. They do a free shuttle into Canguu every hour plus have bikes for free too. Scooters are an additional cost but are readily available here. Very enjoyable stay thank you BBTS :)

Probably the best accommodation you can stay at in Bali. They have EVERYTHING.

Great location. Very zen away from the party area but just a 10 minute drive away!

Huge pool that is cleaned daily and tons of amenities: Laundry, breakfast, scooter rental, transportation to airport, free shuttle service to the main strip etc.

My flight got delayed and they even gave me an extra room for the evening until my flight. They also agreed to drive me to the airport for just $250K ($17 USD)

Did my laundry for $30K ($2 USD)

I came to Bali on a solo trip and this was the perfect home base. Great for couples as well.

Staff is beyond friendly. The manager is the nicest. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali!

We had a lovely week here in October. It is in a quiet location but very close to the surf at Echo Beach, the La Brisa beach club and importantly Gaya Gelato! The shuttle service into canggu run by Joni is amazing for those who don’t want to hire a moped. Made, Joni and team are fantastic and helped us organise trips and transfers. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, great bathroom and lovely to have a pool onsite. Breakfast was also delicious. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend.

Close to the beach yet very quiet and private. We stayed here in November 2018 (remote work trip) and December 2019 (brought our parents). Wonderful amenities and service; host staff are warm, friendly and lovely to chat with. And wifi and common areas that supported being able to work remotely as well.

I loved my stay at Bed By the Sea! My husband I stayed several days at this peaceful, simple, spacious and clean small inn/hotel of right rooms. Made, the loving awesome manager, made us feel like her family. She's the best! Joni, the security fellow made arranging rides very easy with sweet, excellent drivers. Bed bts is very near Echo Beach and Petalunmen Beach, a five minute walk down to the water and gorgeous sunsets. It is off the beaten path in Canguu so it was quiet with a country side feel yet there were some restaurants close enough to walk to. Walking down the beach was also a good way to get to other areas. We loved the chance to meet other travelers, relax by the pool and enjoyed a wonderful breakfy every morning made by Made and her staff. ????❤️????

Fantastic place and staffs! I felt so relaxed throughout my 2 days stay here. The room and common living space are clean, airy, comfortable and lovely decorated with Balinese art. Outdoor shower was a hit. Their toiletries smell amazing. Homemade granola with yoghurt breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome! Echo beach and Batu Bolong beach are only a few minutes walk from this place, as well as restaurants and yoga places. The staffs are helpful to get your vacay plans going whether it be surfing, chilaxing by the beach, exploring places, etc. Definitely coming back!

We had a lovely stay here last month. Mirko and Dorothee -and their staff- are going out of their way to make it a very comfortable stay for their guests and the personal attention is just about right (i.e. friendly and attentive, certainly not “too much”). The building is new, clean and nicely decorated with all things teak. Breakfast is another big plus. The Swimming pool is a nice facility but keep in mind that the beach is only a 5’ walk. Highly recommended!!
