Far to be the best hotel in Bali but even that i always stay there, staff are awesome, very good location, fair price and one of the best veggie pizzas in town. ive been there since 2001 and never had a problem.

The hotel was nicer than the service. The pool is nice and the rooms were decently clean. The AC works real well. It's walking distance to everything. The bathroom is stinky though which is common in Indonesian plumbing. The wifi did not work in our room we had to go outside to be able to use it so that was kind of a bummer. They only gave us one towel and when I asked for another one you would think it was the most audacious request they had ever heard. 5 people working at the front desk couldn't figure out how to get me another towel. They were also weird about breakfast. Our booking never mentioned it but they made sure to tell us firmly like 10 times when we were checking in that we absolutely do not get breakfast. Maybe it would have been better customer service to tell us breakfast is available but we have to pay. Then we actually would have eaten there instead of at the restaurant down the street.

Not fancy but cheaper and trustworthy. Staff are genuine. Kitchen is good. Access to beach and in and out in peak hours is unsurpassed. Stayed here regularly since early 2010. Everyone we have ever referred to here has thanked us. Access to beach, minimart and bars/ restaurants is a no brainer reason to stay here.

Perfect location! Minutes away from Legian Beach and the main walking strip in Kuta. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and convenience stores in the area. We originally made reservations for three nights but ended up staying for over a week. The rooms aren't anything special and the bathrooms could do with an upgrade. Make sure to confirm your room reservation as we were downgraded from a deluxe double to standard. Lady at the front desk didnt even tell us and was rude about it when we realized.

Its a great place for people on a budget. Its clean. The people are friendly. Walking distance to markets. Be prepared to be ruthless when your bartering. Enjoying my stay. My friends always stay hear. But when booking you need to ask for air-conditioned room.

Enjoyed my stay here. Nothing outstanding but you have a pool, bar, dining area and your rooms are cleaned u0026 linen changed daily. Service was very good. Nice laid back atmosphere.

Poor check in, poor Wi-Fi which disconnects once I climb stairs to my room. Bed was comfortable but room was not worth the price. Also towel was brownish instead of white and had a big tear in the middle. Shower strength was weak and the sink tap was not working. I left after the night.
