Service is okay for the 2 stars hotel. We don't expect much to begin with but it's pretty good. Room is clean but breakfast is a little bit lacking (fruit flies around the uncovered fresh fruit). Location is very decent just that the road is a little bit narrow to reach the hotel. I would say you get a great value for your money for the stay here.

Room looks clean but, bathroom is dirty and shower not working properly. Found a small cockroach when sleeping.
Location is very bad and does not have enough parking space for cars

Fungus in room wall!!! Can they maintained the room? Bath room and closet were bad.. dirty

I've got a special discount for staying at this hotel. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. In my room the air conditioner was not working properly, then the hotel staff moved me to another room. besides that, the hotel also agreed to prepare breakfast in a box at 5.30 am because I had to go to the airport for an early morning flight.

The room is big enough for 2 people with 2 luggage. The have like long sofa too, so I think it's enough for 3 person in 1 room. 5 minutes walking to Kuta Beach. But the access to the Hotel is just enough for 1 car. The reception are humble and friendly

Don't expect luxury, but this is a good hotel to stay in. I've always been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The best part is the convenience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The price was very good for tourist season.

Pros: Amaris Hotel Lebak Bene meets my personal preferences. Affordable room rates for a mid-range hotel class, clean and friendly reception. The hotel security staffs are really friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea from 8 a.m to 8 p.m (loved it).

Cons: challenging location (very small roads to get to/around the hotel and very limited parking lot) for those who travel by car. The hotel needs to provide better towels.

Overall: this hotel is a good option for a mid-range hotel. My family and I would come again. #Midrangehotel
