Saris Hotel Kuta

Good chic new hotel with management trying their level best to provide satisfying service to the guest, walking distance to Kuta restaurant and hang out place. I wonder why people would waste money for posh hotel when they can get everything here. Breakfast was adequate.The only need to be improved is swimming pool which is 1.2 metre depth and not suitable for children, this could be compensated with providing life vest to kids..

Everyone is friendly, everthing is clean, food at the restaurant is 8.5/10. I think for sure one of the 3 best hotel in Bali. For the price it's the best hotel, maybe the pool is nothing special but you have a beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the hotel.

This hotel is simply perfect... I've stayed in many places in Bali over the last few years and while they all ticked many boxes, they were frequently dark, dingy, lacking hot water, and often in need of cleaning. SARIS is like a 5-star hotel in comparison, and remarkably, for the same price! The location is excellent, some of the best restaurants and shops I've come across in Bali are along the same street, Kuta Beach is a leisurely 15 minute walk away, or just a few minutes by moped or taxi. Also a nice gateway for accessing regions like Uluwata and Nusa Dua without first having to fight the traffic in congested Legian area. Airport is minutes away. No big nightclubs in the immediate vicinity (but they are just a 5 minute stroll away if you do want them), so it's nice and quiet at night so you can get a decent sleep. Staff opening doors and greeting you with a smile 24 hours a day, rooms absolutely spotless, soundproofed, new, with modern features and fittings, perfect ceiling mounted large showers, etc etc... this place is nothing short of the best you'll find in Kuta. My only reservation in writing this positive review is that maybe next time I want to book (and I plan to stay here in future every time I visit Bali, which is often) it might be booked out.

Lovely new hotel, great customer service, housekeeping every day, laundry service available, breakfast is ok but plenty of other places to go for brekky. Loved our stay for the price as well ????????????

The place is nice the staff are welcome and friendly the room is clean but in the shower when you open the water in first there is bad smell , noisy spot you can hear the motorcycles and cars , in the restaurant not all staff can understand English so when we ask for something it’s hard to get it right .. but I do recommend the hotel its near to everything ????????

New hotel, good location, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, not many choices though but tastes good.

Beautiful boutique hotel with luxury guest rooms situated in the frame location of Kuta Bali. Rooms are clean with luxury interior.
