Would probably leave 3.5 stars if possible.

I stayed here for 5 nights and was happy with my stay. The staff was friendly enough and the outside area with the pool is really quite nice and clean.

The rooms are basic and feel a little bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable. WiFi either didn't reach my room at all or was very weak when it did. WiFi is decent in the lobby. No hot water with the shower. Air worked pretty well.

Close to several restaurants and not too far from the beach. A decent place to stay to rest after the long flight and then move on out of Kuta.

Quiet OK for a tight budgeted tourists but I think can improve more on services such as daily cleaning in occupied rooms and toiletries should be included too. The breakfast also quiet bland, would be nicer if they have buffet breakfast. The pool is nice though, love it.

Not a bad choice for the budget traveler. The cheapest rooms aren't that great though. You can probably negotiate an upgrade for a few dollars extra per night if they have room. The pool is nice and clean, and it's really handy to have a wee fridge in the room.
The location is a strong selling point - you're close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. There's a place to have your laundry cleaned across the street, as well as a mini mart and a spa/massage parlour next door.

The territory and the pool is clean and nice. Though Superior Double room is ouch: super worn out, dirty and peeled of walls, sink is out of order. When checked in I had no towels, no blanket or sheet and no toiletries although Booking com description had it. Admin promised to bring it once I get back. We'll see:) And haven't seen breakfast yet lol
Anyway, it's 13.5$/per night and Kita center which is nice if you wanna try surfing like I do.

I stayed at the hotel on a recent trip to the area. The location simply can't be beat. We felt very safe exploring the neighborhood at night. The entire hotel is absolutely spotless. Great price for room per night. Our experience was excellent from the moment of our arrival to our departure.

Checking in at 9pm they should have your room ready.. They didnt even have our bookings..

Moved rooms 3 times because all the rooms where dirty.. Air con very average.. ONLY COLD WATER SHOWERS ???? 3 floors stairs only no elevator . Has a balcony.
Sheets where ripped and stained towels real old and crusty.

Yeh its budget, but stayed in a fancy hotel for $3 more a night in a better location...

I would not recommend it it is not very comfortable place to stay. Quite dated looks nothing like the pictures When i booked

Hello! I stayed my last to nights in this places and it was really bad, first night the aircon didn’t work, the room was really dirty, and the sheets weren’t clean
When we did check out and paid the didn’t accept my money because one of the bill was a little break one te tip, they gave me that bill when I paid for a bottle of water. Anyway, if you want to have a better experience here in Bali, don’t stay here.
