Inexpensive place, great staff but don't expect much from the room. Showers are next to the toilet with no divider or curtain so toilet gets wet. Some rooms have sinks that drain right below and into the shower, then it runs across the floor to the shower drain. Not ideal.

Location is great, quiet and lots of ATM's and convenience stores close by. Pool is decent and the hotel is about a 12 minute walk to the beach, 7 to the mall.

It is very nice place for stay and 100% surely it will be in your budget And staff are polite and good behavior. This hotel stay is clean and swimming pool also clean. They need to solve Wifi problem because wifi is not good when you will be in room. Apart from this, almost everything is good..

Terrible internet connection ... low speed and drops out constantly even though the WiFi signal itself is strong. Very annoying.
Nice pool, friendly staff, basic breakfast, big rooms.
Better value elsewhere if you're paying Booking/Agoda price though

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. We reserved 4 rooms at this hotel and all the rooms were moldy and smelled. The first day after we left for the beach 400€ were stolen from our wallet that was inside a backpack in our room. We told the boss of the hotel that if he could ask his staff if someone saw anyone entering our room. He immediately said no, no one saw nothing even before asking his staff. He was not interested at all to find out what happened and he actually smiled and acted as nothing happened. We found that strange that no one saw anything, as the room 15 is located next to the pool, breakfast area and is visible from the reception, where the staff was hanging out most of the time. After a couple of days, we asked the boss again if he talked with his staff and he was still acting as nothing happened and we got a filling that he really does not care that the money was stolen. On the day of check out the whole staff were jumping around us, worrying that we will not pay for the rooms and they were pushing us out of the rooms before the actual checkout time. When we paid for the rooms, we complained about the rooms and his unwillingness to find out who stole the money. At that time he became extremely rude and said that we stole from ourselves. He started laughing at us and said that the father stole the money from the mother, which is total nonsense. We found that strange that he knew that the money was stolen from the mother's wallet and we confronted him, that is when he started to act as he did not understand what we were saying. In the end, nothing was resolved, we were out of 400€ and now we know that the staff stole our money and that the boss knew everything, probably he was also in it too. At the moment we are still talking to the police and they said they will open up an investigation for this case. The whole experience with the boss and the hotel really ruined our perception of Bali and their people.

Nice little calm place amidst the hustle u0026 bustle of kuta..

The best attraction is the pool , with its crystal blue water.. And the serenity all around ????????????????

Cons : the room wasn’t up to the high standards, but then again, in less than 200k IDR, it was worth the price.

Called a day before to inform our arrival time.
The guy who picked the call knew no English so I handed the phone to a ubud citizen of my current stay and the guy at hotel kept saying my name is not there in confirmation list despite spelling my name.
Next day went to check in, the same guy gave a room worth a hut without hot water near the pool.
When asked he said did you press hot water button while booking in broken English.
He then took to a room on the other side which was just as cheap but we had no choice as our sea walk tour pick up was already paid and couldn't change the hotel.
Checked out the next morning and went back to ubud after sea walk.

Our favourite spot in Kuta!! If you need to relax and stay on the heart of Kuta, this is definitely the place. Clean and spacious, with beautiful garden and the most amazing staff, Nyoman and his team will make feel comfortable as Home. For its price is very good!!
