Doctor is really good, they are so humble and explain everything clearly even i use bpjs but need to wait over than 2 hours for the medicine.

The THT (nose, throat, ears), cardiologist and internist were great professionals and very decent and would deserve even 6 stars.

The hospitals pharmacy takes a bit long to get aspirine.

Very warm and humble staff around. The team at Surya Husadha was very nice during the service. Their doctors explained the symptoms very clear. Recommended hospital to go to when you need medical assistance.

Doctors are okay. But administration and service is worse. Always wasting time queing especially for medicine.

It's been 4 years not visiting this place, but the pharmacy service is still TERRIBLE!!! I've to wait for over 2 hours just to get 4 kinds of medicine! What a disaster!! ????????u200d♀️

afternoon I went to Surya Husada Hospital, said that the security guard said the car park was full and there was no valet parking, even though the reality before my eyes was a lot of empty car parks but the security guard told me to look for parking elsewhere. I was forced to turn around 3 times around looking for a car. And lastly I was emotional to say that the security guard on duty took my car 3 times around but could not park and finally was just parked in front of the ATM, so I know why not from the beginning of car park even though briefly ??? Park the car in so many places but security is not permitted, why would there be a lot of parking if not allowed especially if there is no valet parking? This is a lot of car parking services empty but not dedicated to what good facilities but silly car parking????next time i come by motorbike !!

the doctor is fine, only the administration is really worst. queue for 30 minuts on line E, which is asuransi line, nd seing all people queue on line C which is non bpjs always called, decide to pick line C and i was called. 5 minutes later. asked the administration which line i should choose for next administration process, and they said to pick line E which is i already pick and not called while i pick C and clled immediately.

The incompetence, lack of professionalism, zero bed side manner and a severe lack of medical skills across all employee's here. Flaking paint, water damage, everything old and dilapidated,equipment 3rd rate and not in full working order, dirty and unkempt. An absolutely horrific experience. In saying this I would suggest this is the general standard across Indonesia.
