I bought a bottle of scotch and saw a better deal on the shelf after paying and they refused to exchange it. I hadn’t left the store. I hadn’t done anything and they were like oh no sorry. It’s already in the system. I said that makes no sense I’ll pay the difference this bottle I wanted was more. They still refused. It’s fine, they just lost a customer.
