Everything here is made from banana flour. Yes, they make flours from banana. So everything has a light taste of banana. But it tastes good. I tried their vegan donut, tastes good, nothing weird at all. The texture is a bit chewy not that soft.
Everything here is gluten free and celiac friendly. Their mission is to make banana flour become a commodity. They already have a branch in London and U.S, and still counting to open in other big cities.
The place is quite small. Enough space for less than 10 persons dine in.
The staffs are friendly. I talked to one of them, he explained why the size of their donuts and breads are not as big as others that use wheat flour. Banana flour doesn’t contain starch which make the product can’t get any bigger than the dough.
