Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff! I loved everything about this hotel! The breakfasts were delicious and varied each day, they put a themed dinner on every night, daily room service, spacious, cool room. Loved the location! And little touches like body lotion in the waiting area! Will be back!

The hotel feels like any other sterile business accommodation, it could be anywhere in the world. The rooms have no “Bali touch” to it and feel generally dated. A renovation and some “Bali decoration” would make it more attractive.
The Pullman is located next to a busy street, which you need to cross to reach the beach (no direct beach access). For the same reason, ocean view rooms are unpleasantly noisy (also due to poor sound insulation). So, if you really want ocean view, it comes with the constant noise of passing cars and motorbikes.
Breakfast is also nothing special. The buffet was incredibly busy, causing long waits even for a coffee. Seating is unpleasantly dense – annoying not only in Covid times.
I asked for a power adapter (outlets next to the desk are European, don’t fir the UK / Singapore type) but this could not be organized. Quite surprising for a hotel of this class.

On a positive side, the staff is always super friendly and helpful – but this can not make up for the various shortfalls. I can’t recommend this hotel. There are many nicer alternatives around this area.

Got a Premier Ocean View room, amazing view during sunset. The only downside that it is near the street and the motorbikes were noisy during the night. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices from either Western menu or Asian menu and they vary the menu everyday so it's not boring. Staffs were helpful but just it, I did not feel the 5 star service from the staffs. I clearly didn't feel the "warm welcome" that Bali hospitality normally has

None but astonished with this hotel! To be honest, we got a very low price to stay here for 5 days due to Covid19 (you know what I meant. Many tourism businesses likely on the edge), yet the management still gave their best for its guests. The twin bedroom was wonderful. My favourite thing was always be hot shower and even I got additional hot water in bath-up. The menu here? I bet you barely need to buy any snack outside because those breakfast, tea break snack, and the lunch was palatable. Some of the food were introducing Bali's outrageous seasoning.
Apart of that, I saw an infinite pool, gym, and bar. This hotel also owned several meeting rooms.

The service is quite good although check in process is very slow. We booked 2 rooms (twin and double) and our double bed is being upgraded to a very spacious room. The room is good, everything was well-functioned. We don't really like the bathroom because it's just look so old. But it's a nice staying. Thank you for your hospitality!

Summary:
Used platinum membership for a good room and good price and was met with noisy room.

I'd advise asking for a room at the back of the hotel instead of the front, next to main road.

Cons:
Rally racing outside Saturday lasted 6 hours from 11pm to 5am. Had no sleep.

Construction work outside during day time. Had no sleep.

Now asking to move rooms as beach view is way to noisy!

Ordered tea for breakfast got a cold cappuccino, charged for this.

Bathtub handle is broken.

Pros:
Gym is good.
Has 2 pools.
Next to beach.
Lots of sunshine.

Had a great time at this very comfortable hotel, right on the border between Kuta and Legian. Right on the beach with great views and walking distance to great restaurants like Luber.
Rooms are spacious with bath and shower. The infinity pool is marvellous and the buffet Breakfast delicious and generous. Would stay again.
