Very good. They were really interested in my problem and took care of me. Even the next day I got email with contact details in case I needed them, and asking how I'm feeling after treatment. Some reviews write about high cost of medicines. Ofcourse it costs you more . But be honest: do you know what to get in pharmacy?And how otherwise can they earn there money? And everyone has an insurance (hopefully). So I'm very satisfied with this clinic and recommend it in case you need help.

I have found this (Name of clinic) from google and have messaged them to come to my Villa.
Within 1 hour they were in my villa and they have started to check me up. Service and communication with patient was pretty good but I cant mention here what prices they have got for the pills they are offering for their patients, what is really passing the borders. They charged me over 1 500 000 IDR for pills worth 250 000 IDR I was feeling so sick that moment that I have closed my eyes for this prices and have payed them the total amount they have charged me - It was nearly 5.000.000 IDR. I was really shocked by the prices they have given me when I have checked the normal prices listed. When I have asked them regarding this by sending them a screenshot of a pill that normally costs 250.000 IDR when they have charged me 1.500.000 IDR for that pill they just told me that this is a normal price list of their clinic. In my opinion they are VERY VERY OVERPRICED and they are using the moment when someone don't feel good which is too crazy and they really deserve this review for them today. Please be aware before inviting them while being sick as they have got the most CRAZY prices you will ever pay for . Thank you.

Careful: scam danger! Very mixed feelings here.
They are friendly and fast.
Doctors visit is good.
But the trick comes at the end.
When you're a foreigner, they tell you that they get the meds ready.
They remove the original packaging where possible (so no HET prices are visible), when not possible they use a black marker to paint over the HET price. Then they ask you to pay 10x the price that the meds should have costed.
I feel taken advantage of because they made me pay almost 2million which should have costed a few hundred thousands.
So most of the experience happy until it ended in full drama for me. Im not rich, just a foreigner that needed help :-(
Can't recommend. If you go, don't buy the meds there.

for this cheap one, I have to pay this I think this is not fair, and I told them that you are very unfair with foreign nationals, have you ever thought whether they have money or not

DON’T TRUST BLINDLY. Do your own research before taking a prescription. I prescribed me 1000mg of daily CIPRO!!. CIPRO IS BANNED IN USA FOR BASIC BACTERIAL INFECTIONS BECAUSE IT IS SO DANGEROUS.

This is the worse clinic experience in my all life!!! Don' t use them for your safety! I called them because I thought I had dengue, having 39.7 of fiever during the night. They come in my house, charge me a very expensive visit doing injection of vitamins, taking my pressure and blood, for this they charged me 7.2 million IDR!!!!!
As we live in Covid time, the doctor should automatically ask to do a rapid test, but incredibily he didn't, so I ask him to do it, and yes I tested positive with Covid. They only give paracetamol and ibuprofen(which I see isn't recommended for Covid) and vitamis but not an antiviral! I can't believe those "called doctors"are still around making damages to people.
