The best part of the hotel is the location, It’s within a very short walk of the centre and beach but also far enough away from all the noise. There’s loads of restaurants around and if you rent a bike the hotel has locked parking. I don’t recommend using the laundrette next door it’s quite expensive. The staff at the hotel are friendly enough but they never have small change available. The place could of bee slightly cleaner but it wasn’t a massive problem. The shower water is hot but it can take a while to warm up. The WiFi is good and all the rooms have a seating area outside. Overall I have a pleasant stay.

Great price and decent location
Highly recommend this place! The room and hotel was very modern. It was walking distance from all the nightlife and action of Kuta. The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed and comfortable. If you have the chance to book a room at this place do so ASAP! Clean room, great shower, comfortable beds and big size room with a nice sitting area out front. Great wifi too!

Simple, but clean room with private bathroom and hot shower. The place is a bit hidden in an alley where cars cannot go, so if you have heavy luggage you need to find a way to get there on foot from the main road. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's only a fitted sheet and a fleece blanket on the bed and no toiletries in the room. They do provide a roll of toilet paper, though. Legian road is within walking distance.

Decent budget hotel at a great value for money. However, they do not have a kitchen and don't even serve water. They approach lane is too narrow. However, they really sell it cheap, so no complaints

Nice place at this price.
Walkable distance to kuta beach and legian street.
You can also rent bike from them.
Friendly staff
Clean and cozzy rooms

Rooms are bit over priced. They don't provide breakfast. Also, toiletery kits are not provided by them. Service is not so good. Rooms and bathrooms are small but both are clean.

Love this place, have stayed here 4 times. Great location just a short walk down the lane and straight into the centre of the hustle and bustle but can not hear the noise at night, confortable beds and lovely staff.
