Lucky for us the shuttle was full so we jumped in a car with staff member tarzy. He showed us around Ubud and really took care of us!! We had an amazing time and would recommend this company to others.

The worst tour and travel in Bali! They didn’t give us the real tour guide just someone who just lead us without explaining anything. Such a terrible choice to choose them. Save your money guys and find other proper travel agent! And the driver are rude too.

I got on the bus to Amed from Seminyak by doing a last-minute booking. The driver was punctual and on time. There were many stops which made the journey a lot longer than anticipated and there were no toilet breaks. The van was not very comfortable.

Finally, the driver got us to our hotel even though it was further from Amed.

3g / 2n experience on the island of Komodo. I do not recommend this trip to those who have no spirit of adaptation, are 3 days of total immersion in the boat, we are not talking about a hotel with all the comforts. Otherwise this will be a fantastic experience. I must admit that seeing the boat on our arrival was a bit traumatic and the idea of u200bu200bspending all the time there was not at all tempting, also because we did not realize that it was a private tour, so beyond the staff we were alone. Instead, the adventure began, we found ourselves immersed in the reality of the life of the place. Our guide and the captain proved to be wonderful people, putting us at ease and proving to be as excited as us for the various sightings and excursions. Giant bats, manta rays, dolphins, turtles, baby sharks, even some small squid that night hunted the fish around the boat and, of course, the wonderful komodo dragon. It is an experience that we will hardly forget. The only patch, and I advise the agency to report it, is the entrance ticket to the islands, just over 300,000 rupees each per day, it's not so much, but it's better to know how to get enough money with you (we had less of 1,500,000 rupees, so we were lucky, or I do not know how we would have solved it)

Good value for money, good communications from the office, transfers on time, comfy with aircon, drivers were friendly (used for the Bromo sunset tour from Kuta to Malang). We had an issue with our vehicle however a replacement was organised on route very smoothly. Overall very happy with the service, communication with drivers could be improved as sometimes it’s unclear what’s going on as you are passed around a bit but someone always takes you from a to b on time with no trouble. I would recommend them. Very clear pricing which is explained when you book which is nice.
