I have been attending various classes at Paddle u0026 Brew over the past 4 years; I have met some wonderful people in class and really enjoyed the learning environment that was created.
All you need is a positive attitude and a love for coffee, Nick will do the rest. Highly recommend.

Spend 4 days to take brewing class. Their class setup is so lovely, u may not feel anxious because the ambiance. The trainer also very responsif u0026 communicative...truly helpful. Will do another visit..even not for a class.

Perfect place to learn coffee! Complete tools, genius instructors, structured way of learning, specific practices to boost your best! I get more than I ever expected and I will certainly back here to learn more about coffee :)

Came in with almost no experience and knowledge, and Nick was able to guide me along the process still.

Definitely full of value and experience. Unforgettable, highly recommend to anyone down to go DEEP!

If you want to gain some serious knowledge about all aspects of coffee, take a class here. Courses are under the umbrella of the Specialty Coffee Association and conducted with as much professionalism as with humor and passion. An amazing experience.

Took the sensory class and now coffee became more alive, as if layers of flavors being unveiled in front of me (or inside my mouth). Nick; the instructor, is a very knowledgeable and passionate guy, eager to share. Had a great experience here.

find paddle brew at instagram, we came from jayapura - papua. we want to improve our knowledge about coffee and at first we attend for brewing.
Nick was a fantastic teacher. He was patient and explained everything to me, as well as stepped me through everything. Nick making the class fun and challenging.
now we already attend for sensory and roasting class
nick always helpful even after class he still have time to answer any question from us.
we really enjoyed the class!
