This is a wonderful, family-friendly hotel and resort. My husband and I traveled from New York with our three children (ages 9, 6, and 3) and stayed in the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua for 9 days. We all had a fantastic and enjoyable visit. The hotel is an older but well maintained establishment with beautiful greeneries and mature tropical flowers and trees with the most vibrant and lively colors. We loved that the hotel had a private beach nearby (about a 3 min shuttle ride from the hotel, towels provided, food available to purchase). The hotel pools were nice for kids and grown ups. The main restaurant had a wide variety of Western and local food selections. There was also a wonderful cafe (Pause Cafe) that sold really fresh croissants and good latte. My mother in law joined us and so we stayed in a three bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, a fridge, and basic housekeeping items. Overall, we rated the staff excellent; they were friendly, respectful, and helpful. Our children spent sometimes at the Kids Club. The place was small, but with wonderful staff who were attentive, funny, and kind; our kids loved going there and participated in organized activities. We loved the Balinese hospitality! My husband and I also booked 90 min traditional massages at the hotel spa (wonderful, must try!).
Some constructive suggestions to the hotel: 1. A microwave would be very helpful for families who stay in apartments. Currently, a microwave can be rented (small fee, but I think should be provided for free); 2. Parents are very appreciative of the Kids Club, the activities, and the option to hire babysitters during the stay, please consider space expansion/addition for this facility. It is fine for infants and younger children, but older children would need more space; 3. Please continue to maintain this beautiful place! Some parts of the flooring, for example, could use improvement to maintain the contemporary looks.

Overall, what a great place for our family. We will come back here next year. Thank you Novotel Bali Nusa Dua for helping our family create such wonderful memories.

We are Accor Platinum members, and were certainly treated as such. Our loyalty was acknowledged at all aspects of the resort. The bar with its buy one get one free happy hours were amazing everyday between 5-7 and it’s not just cocktails - beer and great selection of wine is also included which meant that we were able to really enjoy our preferred drinks.

Food was beautiful, particularly the daily breakfast and bbq night. We really indulged at all the venues and took advantage of our Accor Plus card which gave us 50% off (food). We just about tried everything on the Ala carte menu, but will be coming back for the steak!!

After our first spa experience we were hooked and went back for a very reasonably priced treatment everyday - all while our boys enjoyed the amazing activities put on by the free kids club.

The pool was brilliant….spacious and the perfect temperature, plenty of sun lounges!

We really couldn’t have asked for anything better in terms of comfort and cleanliness in the 2 bed apartments, not that we spent too much time in there with the resort grounds, cafe and beach club offering so much to do.

Please pass on our gratitude to all the staff. They are truely all wonderful (including the trainees) and their hard work deserves to be acknowledged.

Great family hotel, we had a two bedroom apartment and plenty of room for family of five. Kids loved the pool, well maintained grounds and staff very helpful. Hotel not directly on the beach but hotel offers shuttle bus which only takes a few minutes. Rooms clean and spacious.

My family and I spent two weeks here. My mum in a studio room and my husband and two kids (baby Ted and 2 year old Billie) in a two bedroom apartment. Can’t express how much we loved this place! Particularly the kids club which allows babies and toddlers if accompanied by a parent or nanny. The kids club staff arranged for a beautiful women named Wayan to look after my babies so we could have some time to relax. The pool area is great, location is good, beach club a short shuttle ride away and I had the most amazing massage on the beach. All the staff were so friendly and we felt very at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Very safe resort, the staff are very very friendly and happy to help with any request. Buffet breakfast is awesome and great value for money. Location is great if you are not looking to party but have a relaxing holiday then Novotel Nusa Dua is the best! Beach club is so cool and the pool is huge!

We just had a wonderful stay at this lovely resort. We booked a 1 br suite for 2 adults and 2 kids and the value was amazing. The rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable. The pool and beach is fantastic too. The friendly staff, service and kids club were also really excellent.

Nice and comfy hotel. It has spacious area with garden u0026 pool, great for family with kids. Located at the prime area of Nusa Dua, near from the beach, just about 10 minutes walk.

Staffs also friendly u0026 helpful. But breakfast for me is just so-so, compared to similiar hotel.

The room was good u0026 clean with large bathroom. But i think the wooden floor was outdated u0026 needs improvement. Also the water in bathroom was not fresh u0026 it taste a little bit salty.
