For quite an expensive price, this hotel has been terrible in many different aspects. First of all, the room was tiny with such a small bathroom I was touching the walls every second of my shower. Then the keys were also not working, we had to try multiple times to get it to work, it seems like the doors were running out of battery. The tissue paper holder in the bathroom also fell multiple times. And the bed was dirty, filled with bed bugs, giving us itchy red skin on the next day. The pool was the only thing okay, it was quite large though some tiles on the pools were coming off of the floor. The elevator was not working most of the times, took the receptionist a minute to fix the buttons. Hotel looks old and rundown, not enough light.
Second of all, breakfast was horrible. It was dirty and tasted unpleasant. People were taking food using their hands and most of the food was tasteless. For a room with a king size bed, they also only gave one people free breakfast. The next one would need to pay 125k, which is way too overpriced for such a low choice of food.
Last but not least, service (especially housekeeping) was super slow. I asked for towels and it took them more than 30 minutes to deliver. They cleaned the room but didn’t change the old towels, instead hang them on the chairs. The towels also smelled really disgusting.
