For quite an expensive price, this hotel has been terrible in many different aspects. First of all, the room was tiny with such a small bathroom I was touching the walls every second of my shower. Then the keys were also not working, we had to try multiple times to get it to work, it seems like the doors were running out of battery. The tissue paper holder in the bathroom also fell multiple times. And the bed was dirty, filled with bed bugs, giving us itchy red skin on the next day. The pool was the only thing okay, it was quite large though some tiles on the pools were coming off of the floor. The elevator was not working most of the times, took the receptionist a minute to fix the buttons. Hotel looks old and rundown, not enough light.
Second of all, breakfast was horrible. It was dirty and tasted unpleasant. People were taking food using their hands and most of the food was tasteless. For a room with a king size bed, they also only gave one people free breakfast. The next one would need to pay 125k, which is way too overpriced for such a low choice of food.
Last but not least, service (especially housekeeping) was super slow. I asked for towels and it took them more than 30 minutes to deliver. They cleaned the room but didn’t change the old towels, instead hang them on the chairs. The towels also smelled really disgusting.

Another guest entered my room wearing just underwear and socks! And the hotel does not even know how to make an apology! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL AT ALL. The rooms has worn out, not maintained well in cleanliness. The lamp is dirty, the doors corners full of algae, toilet shower has algae, outdoors balcony other room has a chair and i dont. Room number 303. My friend's room junior suite is also not a suite just because it has a separate small tiny living room. And no, the drinks pristine and others were bought by my driver. Drinking water given is refilled into a glass bottle.

The hotels are following UN standards as it has long drive inside the hotel. The lobby is confusing, its quite hidden and doesnt have large doors. Rooms are quite small ya, water pressure not so strong. Parking also limited. And the staffs are great.

First, the hotel missed arranging my pre-booked airport pickup despite my follow-ups. Second, I didn’t expect to have roommates: cockroach and mosquitoes. Third, the pillows were smelly. Fourth, the entire place looks rundown. Several light fixtures in public areas are broken but are not being replaced. Yes the place is photogenic, but needs a lot of touch ups in real life.

I didn’t complain all these during my stay because hotel staff members seemed new and overwhelmed by the deluge of guests during lebaran. But, needless to say, this is no excuse for the hotel to performant badly.

Such a good place to stay. So far got no complain about it. The only problem I have with the room is, they should seperate shower and water closet into 2 different room. Just make morning routine so confusing.

The location is good. There were several restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

However, the hotel is not as good as i was expected due to its name.

The check in process was slow. My friend and I arrived there around 2pm and we waited for almost an hour to get the keys.The guest who arrived later than us was given the key earlier than us. Perhaps if I didn't ask the receptionist several times, we may had to wait even longer.

The room was old, you can smell it when you enter it. I think they didn't vacuum the carpet regularly lately, I can feel dirts on it. The chair in the room also had an old scent, if that's make sense. The space was ok for 1 person, a bit packed for two people. The toilet and shower were not spacious.

The bed was ok, I think. We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. The bed and beddings were quite comfortable. Nonetheless, the switch was limited. There were only 2 switches available in the room so if you bring more than 2 devices, you need to prepare switch extension.

Another downside of this hotel was its water on the basin and shower. The water was salty!! Probably because of its location which is near the sea. Nevertheless, I think they should prepare filter for guest's daily usage.

Overall, the hotel need to improve its service, design and cleanliness to match its name and price.

The staff at reception couldn't work the eftpos machines, it took 7 or 8 attempts and a 2nd card at check in. As Accor members, I showed my card, we were to receive a food and drink discount but between the buffet staff and reception no one knew how to process it and they couldn't process back our deposit, we left very disappointed. We
had to get staff to unlock the door each time as you had to push and jiggle the handle up, down and every which way and then push really hard. The room is very small and smelt musty. The towels were very thin and grey looking, The toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall and there was mould in the shower.
The menu was very poor as was the buffet breakfast.
