Don't expect what you see on the pictures ! This hotel COULD be beautiful if they took care of it, but it's in such a bad shape and not well maintained. The room looks old, wasn't cleaned properly (you could see that on all the spiderwebs hanging around), the bedsheets and towels where full of stains, the bed was so uncomfortable, the bathroom looked old and disgusting and there was no hot water in the shower. When we arrived we thought there was an event going on, but it wasn't. During our stay, maybe more then 100 people where there who were working in the hotel and they had put there cigarets and spit in the swimming pool,you could see spit floating on the water and it was just really uncomfortable to go for a swim if you wanted to go. The staff didn't speak english, We decided to ask our money back and looked for another hotel. We left the hotel tired and full of stress. Sad, because I truly believe it could be a nice stay if they put a little bit more effort in it ! I do not recommend to stay

The staff members of the Nirmala hotel are very friendly, but that is the only good thing what we can come with. There are pictures on the internet and on their website are noting a like. In reality it's looks very different. The hotel is very old and has not been on any service at all.
Almost anything that you can find in a hotel room are filthy and sticky. The paint on the walls and doors are falling off. In one of the rooms, we stayed there is mold underneath the toilet seat. When you want to take a shower, you must hold the showerhead in your hand, since there is not a holder for the showerhead at all.

If you want to swim there is a swimming pool on the fourth floor, except that the pool is 6 feet deep, even so you can't see the bottom of the pool, since the pool isn't clean in years.

Very old u0026 not been maintained.
If you want cheap rooms u0026 not worried about hygiene. Then no problem.

Has potential to be a great little hotel especially with the large bungalows and garden and pool on the roof.
But sadly the building is not well taken care of and is in desperate need of renovation.
Not basics like internet or cable and the lift seems to be out of operation so it's a hot long walk to the top.
Rooms are nice and spacious but just seems wasted.
Good location and probably more ideal for those needing a quick stop rather than Hollidaying

This hotel actually have a chance to be a very good hotel considering their location, Building, and their rooftop pool. unfortunately, the things really not as expected. We stayed previously and come with the following pross and cons:
Cons
1. The room is not really clean and well maintained as we need to chance the room two times before we get the bungalow rooms which located in the rooftop of the building. and still the room is not in a good shape. the phone is not working, Dusty, the bed is too noisy. some of the lamp even not working, as we traveling with kids i do really have concern on this.

Pross
1. The engineering staff Mr. Wayan Suwindra is really nice and accommodating. i really appreciate what he have done and hope for the best for him.
2. The food is good, i mean really really good.

We really hope that this place could be maintain in a proper ways as we see a huge chance its become a good hotel.

an old hotel that need a lot of maintenance... the price is good.. the location is awesome.. the staff is nice... the room is a big... but ... a lot of cracking floor open, broken wardrobe, the air conditioner not cold a lot of distortion on tv. might be not suitable for family with children. more suitable for budget group trip (it have many room and the price is good).

Pickup is complimentary but dropoff is now 65,000Rp. The location of this hotel could not be better. In fact i'd highly recommend taking full advantage of the onsite restaurant/ coffee shop. Great shops for getting some last minute items. The shower was the best of any hotel we've visited.
