The rooms are very dark and dirty. On the “fresh” towels and bedsheets there were multiple hairs and stains. Overall the room and everything was pretty dirty. That’s why we refused to stay there.

On the positive side - the stuff is very nice and helpful and offered us to stay in another place which was much nicer.

Great warm, friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Wonderful u0026 welcoming staff. Rooms are great for the price. 20 minutes to airport. Local area has many food marts. Restaurants are a few as well. Airport pick-up and drop offs can be arranged Motor scooters can also be rented. Overall nice place

one of the worst and hideous place to stay! room is humid, smells like an abandoned old house. bathroom smells terrible with non working toilet (they managed to fix it later that night). sanitaries are definitely not hygienic, most of them rusted and are very grimy. bedsheets are stained and filled with holes, walls are disgusting, complete with bugs. although staff is friendly, helpful and seems to be experienced in customers checking out early. we checked out after one night (out of three nights booked via third party app). there was another customer also asking to check out early and asking for refund as well.

The place has huge potential unfortunately quite a bit low on maintenance. Dim lighting in room, separate room for cabinet is really unnecessary, worn out sheets and tv channels barely connecting. Not sure about the pool, which was main reason we booked here, however color was pitch green and couldn't see the bottom. So kinda worried. Restaurants menu also could be updated with simple but selling menu. Overall of this place is maintained properly start from the lightings and the interiors, could get more guests to book.

All areas of the hotel were very clean. The facilities at the hotel are great. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. The staff were very friendly. We got a great price for the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in bali.

Got what I paid, is a cheap accomodation however. The outside area is nice and cosy, the room is okay, I requested to change the bed cover bc looks bit dirty with the yellow stains and they should burn some towels which is too broken instead to serve it to the guest, though. But the staff were helpfull and nice. the toilet looks old and dirty and the wastafel drain stuck. For sure will not come back there.

For the price that we paid, didn't think the hotel would be this terrible. It is easily accessible by public transport. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help in any way. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. The room is not at all soundproof.
