Very comfortable place and nice services.. A little bit confused with it promotional system. The price rises high, beyond my thought... But the room was very clean and the sound system run smoothly

some songs are not available. we tried different way to search one famous song but dont get it anyway. good place u0026 good room. even the small room are comfortable and sound proof. they have special promo on Monday - Thursday at 11am to 5pm, 40% for room. parking area is spacious.

the place was so great for having fun with friends and family, so many choices of song.., but sadly the front desk attendant was a little bit rude, not smiling to the guests.. overall everything is good, the situation.. the atmosphere.. I hope they can improve the front desk service to make it even greater to come back..

Great playlist. Clean and love everything.
But, be careful with your belongings, the cleaner staff once you left the room they took things and don't give it back like today, only out the room #18 for 1 min and got back to take my cigarette, missing. Asked them already, but no one knew. Anyway, not a big deal but the staff need to be honest at least.

Nav is my favorit place for karaoke with family or friends. And when they have branch at Jimbaran, i love it more, because easy to find from my place.
