Went there for a visa application so the shop literally dead nothing much to say

I think it started out as a shopping mall and is slowly converting over to offices. The car park needs some maintenance. Nice views from the open area on the top floor

I went there for VFS, but the place just looked like an abandoned building - should be more representative or less creepy.

This mall is like a dead mall. You won't come here unless you have something to do inside it like applying visa and visiting a certain store. There was domino pizza here but it's closed now and there are only 2 or 3 restaurant left including the burger king.
Most of the visitor are chinese tourist because there is some latex store if im not mistaken

It was mall before but now are converted to offices space specially on the third floor and second , first floor are left empties for tenants to rent , some part of building are need for maintenance Such a sad things that one glorious mall is empty and deserted like now event parking area need to fix
