Walk into the market and in the beach to see the fisherman’s arriving and recharging the boats. Smelly but a great occasion to see tropical fishes if you cannot dive like me.

Bought fish from the market and had it grilled at the beach restaurant, the first one without lights outside. We paid 15.000 rupiah per 1 kg.
We bought Snapper fish 75.000 rupiah per kg.
Tiger prawn 200.000 rupiah per kg. Squid 50.000 per kg. It was a great experience. Recommended.

If you’re in the Jimbaran area, you are missing out if not coming here. Pick out your fresh seafood, walk to a close bbq warung, and have a wonderful seafood feast for half what they would charge you anywhere else + just as good or better!

Great experience. But before you buy the fish, make a good tour around all the local fishmen, so you get an idea about the price. Otherwise you will pay touristprices.

Fresh seafood, you must bargain the price.
We got the fish for around 70-80/kg, octopus 85k/kg, mussels 18-20k/kg. Choose you own seafood at the market and bring it next door to the grill place, grill is around 20k/kg. Coconut only 10k. There you can get rice and sambal too.

Quite authentic place to grab some fresh seafood and fry it around the corner, downside is: strong sea creatures smell. Best time to visit: before 12 PM (due to the most fresh fish conditions)

Great! So much variety. Good prices. You can purchase fish in the market then take it to a nearby warung to have it grilled.
