Good hotel for private villa with pool, I spent 3 days here and it's cool. You can get scooty also and do bargain before taking it. Nice staff and place full of lavender flower

Facilities a bit run down but the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Area itself is not the best especially in kuta beach people will not leave you alone trying to sell you stuff.

Great value. Everything was clean, staff was wonderful--facilities a *bit* dated but overall great for a quick stay upon arrival/before flying home.

1 of the cheapest villa around with a considerably good centralized location, but the place is a bit rundown. Paid extra for the honeymoon package. Staff is polite and friendly. Recommended for short stay.

Villa is way older than what how it appears to be in the pictures. Breakfast is good! Private pool is awesome. Service is good but the villa needs some renovations. I woke up 6 times in the middle of the night due to a very noisy alarm that turned out to be the water pump. Ruined my sleep. Expensive for what you get.

This is a little slice of heaven in the middle of the hustle and bustle that is Kuta.
I have been to Bali quite a few times, and I have experienced the separate pool and bungalow, but this was such a good experience in the heart of where it all happens, and we couldn't hear a thing!
When we arrived we were pretty sure that the taxi driver hadn't heard of the place, but he got us there. The air con was on full and once we got there (we missed the driver somehow) we were led to our own little paradise. Behind closed doors, we had our own pool, big enough for 8 - 12 people easy, and our own bungalow with king size bed, mosquito net, tv, fridge, and the bathroom was all marble, with a double soak/bath, shower and toilet. Every day they asked we need our room done, we didn't bother for two days.
Service here was good. The villas are behind the spa (which looks like a rundown building, but is in full swing with 40 odd rooms just for the spa. The restaurant and karaoke bar were good, but I gotta say - the satay was something else.
It was really good too. A friend was going to stay with us, and they almost gave her her own bungalow for a really cheap rate. Privacy, price, location.

Try to steal money even after late check in at 5 pm they don't want to give us late check out and trying to force payment during check out even after refusing during deal agreement....
