Great value for money. Staff are lovely and always ready to attend any issues that may arise promptly and with a smile. Rooms are clean and made up every day. Showers are huge. Nice breakfast. Have been to Bali 4 times and have stayed at this hotel every time as well as other expensive places.

Good:
Value for money. Good location, long (big) swimming pool, stuff are friendly, big bathroom, no bad smell, queen size bed.

Bad:
Had to wait 2 hours till 2:00 PM in non AC lobby. After 10 hours journey it was difficult in hot weather.

Overall it is good value for money.
If you looking luxurious please try somewhere else. If you have day long activities it will be good choice.

The hotel is old, the room, bed, bathroom also. They work very slow to clean up room because when I check in, it takes 1 hour waiting until I got the key and it even not finished supervise but we insist cause it is been too long.

The good thing is, the environment is good, lots of food, cafe also discovery mall and beach if the door access infront of the hotel not close.
Staff is friendly and nice, breakfast is also good compare to the old room, and my room have been upgrade because of the one that I book online is already full.

It is a good hotel at a good location. Outside appearance of hotel is not so appealing but rooms are OK. Services are good. Toilet are spacious but bit dated. You can enjoy bowling sports here. Good

Albeit situated in a convenient location, the hotel needs some serious renovation. Pool is large though not maintained properly. Staffs are not (especially those in serving department) warm and management needs to intervene else they would lose customers. My rating is just because of its close proximity to airport and beach.

I can't say it's value for money! If not because of the friendly staff, I think I won't consider to stay here again! Initially I've been upgraded to Deluxe Room with pool view, I'm delighted! To my disappointment, I've found out the furniture were old and floor are dirty, full of sands! I requested to change room and they did. They even asked to view the new room before shifting in. After shifted to the new room and there's water leakage at the air-cond but luckily they settled it asap. But all these result in 4 hours wasted and I could used it for other excursion. Apart from this, I've found out the floor were dusty during my stay. There's a lot of mosquitoes during my stay and it's annoying!
Breakfast is basic, but at least it has all the food that I need. Unfortunately, I don't have time to use their amenities such as gym, swimming pool, bowling center.
As a result, with the price that I've got, I might consider to stay again in condition that there's no mosquitoes anymore!
