Stay away from this hotel until renovations are done!! During covid this hotel was most likely not taken care of/closed for 2 years and it shows. Lots of wear and tear on all parts of our villa and the resort property in general. Rust on doors and other hardware, rotting/fading stain on wood, poorly kept landscaping, warped floors, the list goes on. Hotel is currently under HUGE renovation under the Hilton brand who recently acquired the property. This is very unclear when booking which is pretty sleazy. Obviously on purpose so people still book. Pictures online look beautiful but don’t reflect current state of the hotel by any means. 2/3 of the restaurants are closed. The only food option that is open is their “fine dining restaurant” and it’s horrible and over priced. Some of the worst food I’ve had in Bali if I’m being honest. STAY AWAY and eat at a good local place near by. Overall not worth the price at the moment until they fix it up, open up the rest of their facilities, and improve their food quality.

Perfect and More then Perfect i would say. The property and the Villas are a charm and its so so beautiful. The staff is humble and cordial and they will take the extra mile to get you what you want. Its the best property in Bali we have stayed so far. Highly recommend it and would love to be back.

Avoid this place before the ongoing renovation finishes!
1. Many sections are closed because of the renovation.
2. Only one restaurant open.
3. Spa services not available now.
4. Direct beach access not available now.
5. Even main lobby is closed, they're using a villa as reception.
6. Hardware shows age. Many signs of wear and tear not corrected.
7. Water heater failed during my stay, water turned cold half way through my shower and the engineer sent to my room said it's normal(???)
8. Fire alarm fired off at midnight, super loud with flashing lights, totally ruined our sleep, tried to call guest service no body picked up the call (???)
Overall it's definitely not a 5 star experience, I would've looked elsewhere if I knew it's in such state.
On the bright side, staff are nice and friendly, villa is spacious.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful location and an exceptionally luxurious resort for 9 days. The service experience was personalised and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to name a few- Janu, Desu, Ariani, Utari and Seni (spa) and all the Chefs who ensured i am served with best vegetarian food. Looking forward to coming back soon.

My wife and I stayed at the Jumana Bali Ungasan Resort for six nights in May of 2022. Would I recommend this resort to a friend? Yes. Would I stay their again knowing what I know now about the resort? Yes!

We had a 1 bedroom king cliff side pool villa. It had unobstructed views of the ocean and the beach below. No other villas could see into our villa’s garden or pool area. It was very private and secluded. Which we loved. It was also walking distance from the restaurant which made it nice.

The infinity pool was amazing. The bedroom sliding glass patio doors opened directly into the pool.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our villa was very clean and modern. It was so big it actually had to have 2 wi-fi networks.

We opted for the breakfast and supper packages with our villa. I don’t think I would do that again. Breakfast is a huge buffet and I simply don’t eat that much for breakfast. As for the 3 piece supper plan, I would just go a la carte as the set menu includes dessert which I also generally do not eat. Not getting the dining options also also you to go out and enjoy local restaurants too.

To be avoided as hotel is under renovation and the facilities are closed. Internet is super slow, we can’t remotely work in this hotel. We would have booked another hotel if we knew it, in particular for this price. The staff and management are not well trained, not apologetic and tried to make me pay twice at the reception (did not check that I already paid on their website).
