Large gym and fitness center with everything you need for full body workout. The staff is nice, the price is cheap, and you can rent a towel if you have forget yours :)

I don't understand the good reviews.
The gym doesn't even have a proper squat rack (only smiths machines), no place to deadlift. The dumbells are a collection of random weights, all over the gym. Very limited choice of weights, even if you manage to find them.

No real place to work out abs, only some benches for crunches that don't seem to be properly secured at all.

The whole place feels very dirty, who thought it was a good idea to put a carpet in a gym?

Even if you don't work out, you will be sure to sweat because there's no A/C. And then no free water. No place to change. When asked I was told I can change inside one of the shower cabins.

And for all of that, the day pass is quite expensive (85k). Two stars because the employees were friendly.

Everything you need for a good workout. Only 2 treadmills, and a few bikes. Free weights, KB, squat rack. A few yoga mats. Typical gym feel, man lifting weights and women in the cardio area or doing abs. But is worth the $$$
One day: 30k
One month: 250k
Water: 5k
And I think you can rent towels as well.

No Aircon....but that's it's only fault! Great equipment, amazing price! Protein shake served at the door! If you're about the gym life and serious about results more than douching around a CrossFit gym then this is the place for you.

Best place in Bali great caffee. Great big gym every thing iron not expensive really cool place . They have yoga garden .trx .swiss ball . everything .now it's change to coffee and core

Basic gym with plenty of machines and not to busy. At 250k a month, it is a steal. One star off because of the lack of gym etiquette, weights are left all over the gym and you have to hunt for matching ones.

Good place for working out, very cheap but you got everything you needed. No AC, so if anyone can't work out without it, you prob ded.
