Saturday, 11 April we went to Siloam for an emergency. My Mother-in-law had problem breathing and her chest was hurt. Nurse and doctor put EKG and observe for 20-30minute. Doctor was sure it was panic attack.

On Sunday, my mother-in-law passed out. Her chest hurt again. She's still convinced that she's having panic attack.

On Monday we went to Bali Mandara, heart specialist. The doctor is shocked with the EKG result from Siloam. He said that my mother-in-law had an heart attack since Saturday. And on Sunday was the second heart attack. If only we act fast from the first one, we can't prevent the second one to happen.

Now my mother-in-law is in ICCU hoping that there is no 3rd heart attack. Because if the 3rd one happen, she might not survive.

I uploaded a photo of my mother-in-law's condition so you guys know that I'm not joking. Find somewhere else, there is few other clinic available in Canggu.

Yes, staff professional, yes everyone is nice... But if you can't diagnose something that is really matter, someone's life is at stake here.

Really disappointed and I personally do not recommend this place at all.

Nearly didn’t go here because the reviews aren’t as vast or good as others, however i was recommended here by another doctors and this place was great. Very good English speaking doctor, nice receptionists (everyone speaks good English) and diagnosed me really quickly and explained everything in detail so I understood properly what was wrong. I was well looked after here, would 100% recommend here. I’ve been to several other docs in Bali, these guys are definitely the best so far

I could not understand anything below 4 Stars here.

Had a suspected Covid/Flu and after 3 days with Paracetamol and staying in bed went to check my lungs since I had pain when deep breathing.

Doctor/nurse/staff incredible respectful, kind and professional. Total cost for an Xray-consultation will be close to 80$, which is incredibly competitive for the attention received.

Will go back there for sure if I ever have any problem again.

Having moved here from Aus just when borders opened was a little worried about healthcare and what to expect. However, had a suspected broken foot from touch rugby and was recommended the Siloam hospital Denpasar, however this clinic was closer to me (Canggu). Lovely clean facilities, with very friendly staff. Was greeted by Hera the lovely receptionist and then quickly seen by nurse and Dr Christian. Both were very good and assessing my injury and giving me professional advice. Turns out I needed an X-ray and was able to go straight in no fuss. The staff were very helpful and made sure I was aware of costs before proceeding (initial consult $40AUD). I felt comfortable, facilities were clean and did not feel ripped off or scammed as read in previous reviews. Turns out my foot wasn’t broken, but was going to be out of action for a while :( As requested, I was given hard copies and emailed invoices/receipts (for insurance purposes) of costs involved. All in all was very happy with this clinic! Only cost me total of $110AUD, consultation plus X-ray and bandages for my foot. I would recommend and will be coming back if needed! Thank you staff for taking care of me today!

Had an allergic reaction…20 minutes later I was all good again thanks to the doctors. Quick service and kind staff.

Rapid test was really quick as well and the nurse was very gentle (no brain poking). Got the results in WhatsApp around 30min later (non busy day).

Would recommend!

I got an antigen test and she stuck the swab so far up my nose I thought it would come back out of my eye. Overall good service but the swab was painful and unnecessarily deep

Complete rip off and they'll overcharge you for unnecessary tests. I was warned too late about coming here by a friend who lives in Canggu and who had a similar experience. I had the typical Bali belly symptoms and needed something to get better quickly, however the doctor immediately suggested to do a lot more examinations than necessary: Blood Tests for dengue and typhoid fever although the symptoms (eg rashes on body and very high fever) were not given at all and although the incubation period for those fevers is longer than the time we had stayed in Bali. I got quoted around 300usd for everything...and had to complain to the doctor until they removed the unnecessary tests and overpriced medications.
