My stay at this hotel was nothing but disappointing. Firstly the Manager told us we didn't have a booking so after 2 hours of back and forth she all of a sudden found the payment and confirmation of our booking.
We were staying with 6 children and booked 2 family rooms. We were given 1 family room and 1 standard room which did not have enough bedding for our group.
Cleaning of the room was non existent and rubbish removal took several days, if you wanted basics like toilet paper or a clean towel that also took several days if you could find her.
As part of our booking it stated that we got free bottled water daily and free WiFi this too was non existent.
When questioned about the toilet paper, cleaning, wifi and water or anything that we had paid for her response was well if you don't like it just leave.
As our booking was for 2 weeks and with 6 children it wasn't easy to find an alternative. After 6 nights we left found an amazing hotel and finally got to enjoy our holiday with our family.
Would never recommend to stay at this hotel with all its false advertising and NO CANCELLATION policy.

Very nice grounds
Pool u0026 most rooms away from the noisy smoggy street, great architecture.
A bit old, but still nice.
WiFi only up front, AC works u0026 obviously a pool u0026 restaurant. With decent food u0026 prices

Its an art gallery rather then a hotel... U can easily get a room for 2$.. it has a swimming pool and located in middle of happening places in kuta near to sky garden. Though the service is close to none but yet at the price it's ok

Great value for money amazing pool and it’s a little forgotten paradise right on Jalan Legian. Great rooms for such a cheap price

Avoid this place. They have bedbugs. It is best to find a hotel to the west of Jl. Legian, or even better, outside of Kuta completely.
