a nondescript normal rundown bar attached to a small hotel. they have epl soccer games but otherwise it’s bare bones. good place to drink if you wanna lay low.

We stayed here for a month, room is amazing! Verryy clean! Bed sheets and towel need improvements, but overall its great for the price, staff is really friendly! Pak arik and ferry are really nice and helpfull. The pool is not really great, but the amenities in the room is great, verry strategic place and close to a lot of great restaurants!!!!

Fantastic customer service, great choice of fantstic tasting pizzas and whats better than chilling out by the pool zo. Lose to the beach you can feel the onshore breeze.

We moved to this hotel after our initial booked hotel turned out to be awful. The grounds are a little under maintained and we didnt risk using their pool as it really was in a bad state. The room itself was clean and linen + bed was great. The aircon worked without a hitch was a nice reprieve from kuta smog. Id say it was a little too pricey considering the pool was unusable, however the room was perfect for a 1 night stay.

TL;DR I recommend it but you have to bring your soap and other regular consumption items and be on the to of house keeping when they clean the room.

The rooms are beautiful and quiet but it's one big flaw is cleaning. It's not as clean as it should be and the towels they provide have been used for years they are tearing apart. They don't provide soaps and tissues. The fridge "mini bar" is always empty.

This hotel was in a good location. 10/15 min walk to the beach. Do not let the lobby area on the main road put you off though. Although you do have to walk down an alley to get to the hotel, when you get to the pool area all is forgotten. Beautiful pool area.
A huge downfall is the wifi.
My partner and I were outside by the pool bar (where the wifi modem is) for approximately 3 hours altogether trying to get our phones and tablet connected to the Internet. Very poor. The staff did try to help but eventually gave up. This wasted a lot of our time, but we needed the Internet to book up the next nights accommadation at our next destination.
The room we had was nice overlooking the pool.
The dinner and buffet breakfast we had at the restaurant next door was also good.
